- Q: I can not find a OFA BED anywhere for a cheap price....im on a budget so it cant be more than $380......if i DO find a sofa bed, the SHIPPING will raise the price thru the roof.....i WOULD go to a local furniture store but none carry specifically sofa beds. I find futons, daybeds, etc. but NOT a sofa bed.!!!=( does anyone have a good website for an inexpensive yet comfortable sofa bed?? I'd appreciate it truly!

- With two cats in the family I've dealt with the removal of accidents like yours several times. First of all, if the upholstery has a zipper and the cover can be removed, you're in good shape. If there's no zipper, I would check for a seam on the back side and carefully cut the threads until you can remove it enough to get to the underlying stain. You can attack to pee much more agressively in the padding without worring about causing permanent damage to your sofa. I would flush the area with a mixture of 2 cups of warm water and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Once this has thoroughly dried spray it with an enzyme cleaner that you can buy at PetSmart like Pet 'Oops' Remover or Stain Gobbler. This will neutralize the urine.

- They're very retro....used to be popular mid-century. Now have more of a plush design and I suppose they're popular because they create their own conversation area with itself. Many now come with reclining chairs...table between them. You better have a room large enough to accommodate one. Splitting up the pieces doesn't make it look as attractive....and if you don't get a REALLY well-made one, over time, those seats sink in and they're hard to get out of. Also, mechanisms can break that help them to recline. The other option is to get a good sofa and 2 conversation chairs. Some people opt for a matching loveseat and add a chair ottoman. Depends on what you like, what looks good in the room, what you can afford.

- I don't think it has a SPECIFIC name but it seems to have a scroll edge to it, yes it's very vintage but I don't think it has a specific name. It looks as though that it could be from the Art Deco era, with the coloration and the distinction of it. Although the design on the back would assume it's more victorian than anything else, but I've used victorian sofas and this is no victorian. But I would suggest using that website the first person had suggested because you might find something similar to it. Good Luck!

- Q: My friend was drunk and fell asleep on my parents leather sofa. Woke up and he had peed everywhere. The cushions don't come out but I think it's going to leave a stain. What do I do? Help!
- You will need to kill the bacteria that will cause a smell and need to get to as many areas as you can. Use Em Clean which will kill the bacteria. Spray liberally all over the leather and any other accessible areas. It is tested and safe to use on rather and fabric. If you have Aniline style leather ( one that is absorbent) the urine is likely to stain the leather. You can use an aniline cleaner which will help with this if the Em Clean doesn't Please do not use household cleaners or soap as these may set the stain and also will not kill the bacteria.
