- Q: i have 3 cats and one of them pooped on the sofa so i need to find out which one and teach them not to because my room smelled like poop for a whole day
- there really is no way of telling but you do have to have at least 3 litters 4 is recommended You need to how ever get that cat smell out of the sofa to avoid them doing it again, at least it wasn't urine tho that would have been worse. Just about any super store will have the right chemicals for you. Even if you can't smell it cats probably still can specially if they know.
- Q: O.k. so I burnt my sofa cushions while I was appmtping to move some lit candles. There is no name of the manufacturer on the sofa (I checked). Is there somewhere I can go that will match the fabric?
- I looked on the bottom of the sofa and found a piece of material @ 1 square and snipped it down in size some then I kind of rolled it up and inserted it into the new burn hole, opened it up with a ice pick to flatten it back out and glued it into place.

- Q: I am looking for a new sofa. I need a burgundy floral, or wine color to match the rest of my room. Where can I find one? I have asked several furniture stores about custom material, however; all the samples are dull colors just like what is on the floor of the showrooms already. I live in Michigan. thanks
- I'm guessing the florals are not fashionable this year. Either you pay an upholsterer to recover a sofa in whatever fabric you choose OR have a look online for stretch covers in florals. I know they exist. I bought some a couple of years ago (not floral but was impressed by the selection).

- It might, but most sleeper sofas have mattresses about 4 inches thick so the problem might be to get it all to fold up. You'd have to try it.

- Yeah i doubt hell chew up your sofa. The cat will probaly scratch your sofa though. I had the same problem i had a kitten and it would just scratch everything. What we did is we used a spray bottle fill it up with water and then everytime he goes to scratch the sofa squart him. We did this with are cat and he doesnt do anymore. Every once in a while he will still do but now i dont even have to touch the spray botle all i have todo now is just walk over to it and he stops scratching. Now he uses most of the a scratch post. - Sofa beds are all either full or queen, and they only take up less space during the day. You HAVE to expand them to their full size at night to sleep. Do some more research, and talk the idea over with your parents Why not a day bed?
- Q: It's a really nice sofa. It's an Ashley corduroy motivation sofa and it's has power recliners. The cat has attacked the cord and unplugged it once already, and he has tried to claw the sides and back of the sofa, but I shoo him away whenever I catch him. I have never had a husband, cat, or new sofa before in my life.
- Try different scratch posts. Certain cats love certain materials. Theres cardboard, sisal, carpet, and various others. If he doesnt seem to use one all that much, try another. Also, theres ones with catnip built in, or catnip sprays to attract them to the posts. You can use things like sticky paws, which is a sticky strip you put on the furniture or what have you [cats cant stand the sticky feeling on their paws]. You can try X mats, which are plastic x's with spike like nubs on them. And, if all else fails, you can try the method that i think is mean. Spray him with water when he does it. Some people like this method, i say its cruel. But, im giving you all your options, and letting you decide for yourself.

- I have had a red sofa for a few years now, actually I have had two different ones. I keep the rest of my living room pretty neutral and the red pops. I also have red Accents around the room like candles and pictures. I have a zebra rug though and it looks so good with the red sofa but that's not for every one. I have found that it is versatile, but I don't want to change things up much. If you aren't going to stick to it I would say get a neutral color.
