- You can pay outright for a sofa but I don't think you can give them cash. They never gave me the option to anyway. A cheque or debit transaction is fine. So you can pay in a lump sum or over a period of X amount of years. I just brought a Dfs sofa and they are a bunch of con artists. I waited four months for delivery and then my sofa wouldn't fit through the front door (it's a regular-sized door - I don't know what castles they've been delivering to) so I refused the delivery (didn't fancy building an extension around the sofa). Went back at the weekend and they refused to give me my money back! They said they manufactured the sofa in good faith and I have to choose another one. So I ended up paying another ?300 for a more expensive sofa - a sofa which is delivered with its back unattached and they fix the two parts together in the house (so this more expensive sofa *will* fit through the door; funny that). Now I'm having words with a lawyer to see if I can get the difference knocked off my new sofa. So anyway, my point is... if there is any - any - option you can take which allows you to NOT pay until the sofa is safely in your home then take it. I'm not taking about credit either - the contracts are also legally binding. See if you can work out a debit arrangement, where the money is taken out of your bank ONLY after the sofa has been delivered. If they don't do that, find a place that does.

- I think they are a good quality midprice Co. I found websites that had the manufacturers specs and the warranty info for you , by searching broyhill manufacture sofa construction specs.
- Q:No matter what i try she insists on scratching the sofa! She has two scratching posts, one vertical and one horizontal each in one side of the apartment and she does use them, but she also scratches the sofa no matter how hard i try to keep her from doing it. - You can't have been looking into this very seriously so far since EVERY furniture store I have ever been in has multiple options for pull out sofa beds. Just go to any furniture store and they will demonstrate how the various models work and you can lay on them and test the comfort. But, as others have pointed out, unless you pay a lot of money for a really good model, the beds themselves tend to not be very comfortable (matresses have to be thin to fold into the couch and often the frames can be felt through the bedding). If you can afford it, look at sofa beds from Arhaus or West Elm -- they are a bit more pricey than the department store brands but should be more stylish and sleepable. Or do the inflatable bed options. I agree those inflatables are extremely comfortable and a hell of a lot easier to move. If you plan on moving any time in the future you will HATE the sofa bed -- they weigh twice what a normal couch does.

- Q:HeyI am moving out to new apartment and wanted to go for a new sofa. My husband insists on having a full recliner sofa which has dimensions 90#92;L x 42#92;H x 45#92;D. Now the problem is that the recliner might be just too big and bulky for the apartment(that's what I think,though not sure). Should I go for a simple sofa set and just one recliner chair(for my husband) or should I buy that recliner? My living room is 14' x 12.6' with 9 foot ceiling. Please help.
- I would suggest buying a recliner sofa as you can always take rest on a recliner but not on a normal sofa. A normal sofa will take much space and will also not be very comfortable as compared to the recliners. I have two recliners for my living area, and they are very comfortable and relaxing.
