- Q: I had my scaffolding piercing done on tuesday (now sunday) and it is still really painful and sore. But my main concern is that the skin under the bar looks like it's being pushed down and the skin is growing around the bar? Is this bad?
- Yes it is bad if I looks as if it has the skin growing around it. I would see your piercer about that.

- Have you got long hair? Tie your hair in a loose ponytail at the bottom of your neck, without putting any hair behind your ears. This is what my friend did for work, it worked for her. The reason you can't wear jewellery in school is 'health and safety', so just having clear balls won't make a difference. Can you get a clear TFT bar as well as balls? that would probably help hide it. Best of luck!

- So it can be partially assembled, moved into position, then the brakes are put on so it doesn't move while it's in use.
- Q: im quite high up so would have to do the job internally (from the inside..avoiding climbing on roof). it seems that a material (looks like cement?) was used on this old roof (on the inside) and some of this has washed away as i can see daylight where the rain water is leaking through. there's also no black felt evident
- You cannot repair any roof from the inside. Whoever did that internal patch was a hack.

- No, it is specified that you have to use fall protection system with scaffolding. It does not specify using a personal fall arrest (harness, lanyard, etc.). Having a standard guard rail system around the exposed edges of the scaffolding (42 inch high, 21 inch mid-rail, plus toe board) will meet this requirement. The three main types of fall protection systems are guard rails, personal fall arrest systems, and safety nets.

- I would say about a 6 maybe 7... and its a pain for the first few months.. like it gets sore if you lay on it to much ect :)
