They have great hardware, a decent appstore, and some of the best keyboards. Windows Mobile has a lot of choices of phones to choose from but the fact is windows mobile is not a very reliable OS. Its usuable but what I'm saying is I prefer the blackberry (although WM probably has better web browsing). Phones to choose: Blackberry- Curve 8900, Bold, Storm 2 (no QWERTY) WM- Jack, Epix, Blackjack 2 (All of these have INCREDIBLE battery life), then any HTC phone with WM.

If it isn't, then you can use it up and then just use your previous sim card (if you had one), as you usually would. There are some good Nokia phones for $99. They can be found at Telstra Shops, Woolworths, Big W, Harvey Norman.just to name a few locations. Goodluck. I have been in the same situation and found this to the best option.
