If they have ask if they can send you a copy via text or email? - The very best sofa that you buy for a rough family is a vintage 1960s or earlier model from the thrift store. I went through a couple of $1000 sofas before I figured this one out, and finally bought some solid, old Early American thing at the thrift store for about $40. It has lasted through a houseful of kids ~ and is so solidly built that when the last kids leaves, I plan on reupholstering it :) Newer sofas are not as solidly built as the old ones ~ it's not the upholstery so much as it is the frame. Newer sofa frames (especially the budget lines) are made of thin plywood, soft woods, or plastic which just doesn't hold up as well. Older sofas had solid hardwood frames, which is why they are heavier and last for many decades. Yeah, they are dated looking but what-the-heck. You can always have them reupholstered into some a little more chic looking, and it will probably last for decades .

- Just so you know, most exterior doors today are 36 wide, meaning actually about a 34 opening, if it is going through that door only. Most interior doors are only 32, leaving only about 30 opening. So it depends on your doors and which room you plan on putting it in. Older homes have much skinnier openings, and were not set up for a straight shot, often having foyers or turns, limiting access. These are just the average norm, as I've seen a 42 inch wide door in a 120 yr old home as well. I personally like sectionals rather than separate couch/love-seat combos, but preference varies from person to person.

- You must sit on a sofa to determine leg length, neck support, whether or not is has an foot rest, etc. Leather is very nice. What suits one for comfort is terrible for another.
