- They absolutely do - as anyone who has ever tried to row a boat with another person can understand. - This a common problem. You have a hole in your door and a hidden stink in your house. Another way to get rid of them is you buy a bug spray, turn it on, then leave the house for 1-3 hours.
- Q:These cranes always stay higher than the construction process but I have never seen how they are extended to stay above all of it. They come in two formats, free standing and those attached to the building. The possibilities that I thought of was that maybe they use another crane to lift the housing and the horisontal arm to put in more modules into the vertical part; or that they extend it by some way by putting modules in at the top or bottom and that the crane has some self-lifting mechanism to accommodate the insertion of more modules. However, I have never seen this being done, nor does the construction of these cranes point to its ability to do so. The only other possibility that I could think of was that the crane is set up at the outset to be higher than the completed height of the building, hence there is no need to extend it but this does not explain how they do it for very high buildings where the crane is attached to the building and seems to grow higher with the building.

- im the master of the crane game. You gotta scope out the animal first! If it looks heavy then dont even bother. Whenever you grab hold of something its gonna pull it up and shake when it hits the top right? Thats why you go for something close to the hole it drops in. They have one where I work so I lock the wheels, grab the animal and pull the whole machine forward so that it just falls in the hole lol.

- Gravity acts downwards, force = mass x acceleration. Crane acts upwards at same force. As the crane starts to lift the car there is upwards acceleration that causes more force to be generated for a moment.
- Q:I am making a crane(jib) whatever you call it and I have a concept for the crane itself but not for how I will actually move the camera. I heard wires work but I can not seem to grasp teh concept.* It is a heaver camera by the way*
- On a real camera crane you would press the up and down button that moves the wrist part of it. ( I drove a forklift). If you are doing to yourself you'll have to rely on the elbow movements. I might think about renting a Genie lift. And letting someone be your hands in the thing. Unless you know how to build a fully articulating hydraulic ball-joint?
