- Q: I'm 16 and play football. Last offseason I got 325 on bench press. At the begining of this offseason I started at 300 and quickly worked my way back to 325. For months now I haven't been able to get any higher on my bench press. Any suggestions on how I can get more?
- Amazing amount of weight for a 16 year old! This is what got me through my plateau. I would add 2 to 3 days more rest before doing bench press again than usual. If that didn't work I would drink alot more water and make sure I had had 2 or more meals before working out (not right before working out though) and get my diet more spot on for the days leading up to my next workout while also adding the 2 to 3 days more rest before the workout. That should work! BUT some other factors can cause some problems like: stress from work or school can tax your nervous system big time and if you are doing a split style of training, that could also be taxing your nervous system. So try having more rest between ALL workouts in general. This didn't help me, it fixed my problem completely.

- the records have a groove . when you play the record a pickup rides in the groove and the ridges in the groove wiggle the pickup to give the sound. to make the records they first make a metal version of the record that has a ridge instead of a groove so that when this metal disk stamps the blank vinyls it leaves the groove in the record. thats called pressing a record.
- Q: I just bought a heat press machine so I could make and sell t-shirts.My question is could I plug it into any outlet? It says to plug into a grounded outlet but I don't even know what that is. Also, could I put the machine on any kind of table? Thanks.
- I can help if you give me more data such as the power of the press (how many watts), but lets say is up to 1200W heater, then you will be able to connect it anywhere, the grounded outlet is a safety issue if you live USA all your outlets have ground (take care only on the orange ones, as they need special connection). In regards where to put the press, far away from water, preferably use non flamable cover such as glass for the table or the place where you ar to set the press. take care for burning your hands/arms as the press might become hot enought to hurt your skin. regards,

- Lancome has a great foundation. And I have a maybelline coverstick concealer that works wonders and is pretty cheap. It looks like a lipstick tube but it's skin colors.

- In the past I have just placed in the petals in the pages of a large and heavy book. Close the book and leave the petals in there. The paper helps absorb the moisture and the pressure helps flatten the petals.

- LOL. Using a cookie press is a two-handed operation. I grew up on, and still use, a manual cookie press. You probably need that third trigger shot. The dough needs to make contact with the cookie sheet. You sort of feel it with the hand opposite of your cookie press hand. Temperature also plays in the equation. If the dough is too cold, it will not stick on the cookie sheet. Good luckl.

Go to them and press charges and see what the reaction is. If the Internet is more of a national venue, then contact the FBI and see what their reaction is.
