Anyway, I brought it back upstairs, hooked it up but when I went to plug the power cable in, there was a real loud buzzing sound coming from the PS3, right where the cable goes in. When I unplug it from the PS3, it stops. I tried leaving it to dry, and making sure there was no moisture present inside the machine, but I tried hooking it up again and got an electric shock up my arm from it.Should I buy a new cable, leave it to dry, or is there something inherently wrong with the PS3 now?Thanks :): Ive never come across this before. Maybe its because i don't no anyone who has a dog which has peed up there PS3. I would suggest you dont get a other cable because that one might break aswell due to water getting in your ps3. If i was you i would contact Playstation or the store you got it from for more advice. Like i say im not sure and i dont think many people will come across this problem.

Q: HiIs it advisable to run 110VAC cable from the sub stationa and 110VAC cable from generator (clean) in the same conduit ; one of them for lighting and the other for CCTV; the concern is if the one for lighting is not clean (not consisting of a pure sine wave or carrying interference) would that effect the power line of the CCTV and has an effect on the picture? even though both are 110VAC.the installation is over seas where the power from the station is not consistence.: If both are simple power lines, then you won't have a problem. The only time you need to be cautious is when you are running a high-voltage power cable and a signal cable alongside each other e.g. a 110VAC cable alongside a 4-20ma signal line from a transmitter. The reason for the potential interference is that the power cable emits an electro-magnetic field which can potentially cause induction in the cable alongside it and effect the signal with an induced EMF. The likelihood of this depends on the cable type, screening and correct earthing measures. It's a good bet to never run a power and signal cable alongside each other, and if you have no other choice, seperate them by means of a makeshift Faraday Cage. If both are doing nothing other than supplying power to the system though, then any induced EMF will be so minute, it will not likely affect the system in any way.

Q: I got a Alienware m15x about a year ago, and about 8 months ago on startup it would make two incredibly loud beeps and a screen would show saying 'your charger cable is not the reccomended 150w originally shipped', even thought it is. If you can connect it to the amp and the wall socket , you got yourself an amp.
