Application for Slurry Pump
LWA slurry pumps are used for Metallurgical, mining, coal, power (Coal mining, Gold mine, iron mine, copper mine, lead ore, zinc ore, placer mining, molybdenum minerals, tin ore, titanium ore, tungsten ore, silver ore, aluminium oxide, asbestos, wood and paper pulp, water treatment, etc)
Brief Introduction
LWA Series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc. The pumps of this type also can be installed in multistage series.
The frame plates for LWA slurry pump such as interchangeable, hard metal or pressure mouleded elastomer liners. The impellers are made of hard metal or pressure cast elastomer liners.
The shaft seals for LWA slurry pump can be adoptable of gland seal for centrifugal shaft seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degree by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
- Q: I drive a 99vw jetta and the coolant was leaking from it i took it to a repair shop they said the water pump was bad and that the seals on the water pump where bad that was defiantly where the coolant was leaking from. I replaced the water pump and drove my car this weekend no troubles, then this afternoon my coolant light came on and i put coolant in my car and it just started trickling out i called the repair shop they said it may just be a loose hose or clamp, is this true or am i looking at something worse than the water pump that has to be replaced?? or would that issue have already came up when they where looking for where the leak was coming from before it was repaired? please help
- The pump may have indeed been bad. Did the shop put on the new pump or did you do it yourself? If it was done by the shop, take it back and make them fix it correctly. You have already paid them for the work. If you did it yourself, it should be fairly easy to spot where the leak is coming from. It is also rare but possible that the pump you put on was bad out of the box from the parts store. Not likely...but slim possibility. Hopefully it is just a loose clamp or hose.
- Q: 2 inches of water pump is generally equipped with high-power motors
- Clean water pump 5.5 kw
- Q: I'm just wondering where I should buy my new water pump for my 2.2 cavalier? Auto zone, carquest, checker? Does it matter which one? Thanks
- out of all the auto parts stores i use autozone is the cheapest but 45 miles away so i mainly use napa.
- Q: 1.5KW water pump caliber is 40, what is the flow rate?
- Caliber 40 pumps, 1.5KW model IRG40-160A, flow 5.9 cubic meters, 28 meters per hour head
- Q: What things in my car could the seizing of my water pump cause? As I stated in another question, the power steering went, the red battery light came on and it over heated. The mechanic said it seized and i'm lucky the engine didn't seize. He has to look into it more. I'm just really curious as to what kind of damage i've done and the possibilities! thanks in advance.
- Water pumps are items that sometimes wear out. It usually gives an indication before it fails, such as leaking water (coolant), or making a squealing noise (this is the water pump destroying the drive belt). Siezed water pumps lead to overheating, as you experienced, overheating can cause warped heads and/or headgasket pailure, both expensive to fix. Water pumps aren't horribly expensive to fix, usually. Be sure to replace the belt also.
- Q: I'm going on a week long hiking trip and need safe water. What brand and model of water filter/pump should i get? Whats good quality for a low price?
- Most distance and light weight hikers carry a Steripen and a paper coffee filter. The Steripen uses U.V. light to sterilize the water, takes about 1 minute for a liter. The paper coffee filter removes any particulate matter in the water if necessary. Depending on the model they cost from $39 to $109. The one I carry is about the size of a large felt tip pen and weighs around 4 oz. It's rechargeable from a usb port, can be charged from my solar charger. The battery is good for 40 or 50 liters between charges.
- Q: What is the reason for the overload of the water pump indicator?
- In this case, first check the frequency of the pump in the acceleration and deceleration time, to see how many seconds, 7.5KW10 seconds or so, 11KW 10 to 15 seconds, to see whether the peak water supply, low voltage and so on! Hope to be of some help to you!
- Q: We had a thunderstorm followed by power outage last night, this morning I went to use the water and it slowly went dead.I began by inspecting the pressure tank and pressure control switch, then found the outside water pump breaker was tripped, upon resetting the water was back on!But wait, after about 1-2 minutes of use there was a small quot;POPand smoke from the control switch and the breaker tripped again. It seems now that every time the water pump kicks in I've got a 50/50 shot of the circuit breaker blowing. I'm not sure what to do now, I don't want to keep resetting my pump breaker, we really didn't get that much rain so I don't know what would be causing this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
- Sounds like an electrical short in the control switch (where, you indicated, it was smoking) that is tripping the circuit breaker. It could be something as simple as an insect nest inside the switch housing causing a short, or a broken terminal connector. De-energize the circuit and repair the short or replace the switch.
- Q: How do you remove the water pump from bmw m42 engine?
