1.Features Of High Performance Metal Sealed Butterfly Valve

VBJG High performance metal sealed butterfly valve adopts “Inclined oval disc radial dynamic balance sealing system” to attain the frictionless action between the gasket of the disc and the sealing face of the seat before valve closing. The pressure angle is bigger than the friction angle on the sealing face for which the extra-low open resisting force and rapid closing automatic tally sealing action are available. The valve features with advanced construction, reliable seal, long life, low cost.etc. It is an economical practical automatic control valve providing both control and cut-off functions and uses to the fluid services with large flow, low pressure drop and low seat leakage.

Features: Patent No. ZL200820238488.1

1.              The optimum design of eccentric size ensures that the disc’s seal ring can be disengaged from the seat ring sealing surface immediately during the opening and closing process, which leads to no friction, no jamming and small operating torque, and high sealing performance and zero leakage are available.

2.              Corrosion resistant alloy replating is used for seat to make sure high reliability and long service life.

3.              The special processing technology is used for high precision and field-replaceable for seal ring.

4.              Special non-metallic materials are used to make sure high temperature performance, strong self-lubricating and low friction. The dust and granular media can be effectively prevented into the space between the stem and body to avoid jamming.

5.              High-strength stainless steel is used for integral stem and other parts to ensure high allowable pressure differential.

Q: List words that rhyme with valve...I need these.
Words and phrases that rhyme with valve: (0 results) Sorry, no perfect rhymes were found.
Q: I know absolutely nothing about cars. My AC stopped working, I had a new air compressor, drier, expansion valve put on. It was also vacuumed out. Problem is it will not take a recharge, and there is no refrigerant in it at all. But it keeps reading high pressure, I don't know the readings I was told it is reading high, and will not take a recharge. Someone on yahoo answers suggested it might be the Schrader valve is this a problem that it can cause if it's bad that it will not let you recharge, and read a high pressure reading? Is there a Schrader valve for the low pressure valve amp; the high pressure valve or is there just one? I have a 96 Dodge Stratus ES. Thank you for any help or ideas.
2 valve 1 low 1 high the valve is cheap (looks like the same as one that goes in a bicycle innertube) but if a shop puts it the labor price for your area, here around 75.00 this dont make sense. to have high pressure there has to be something in the lines. and the valve would be open to give you a reading so unless its leaking its working. with a vac on it and 0 134a you should have a reading of -20(+or-) in of mercury on the low side (below 0) and 0 on the high side. If the high side valve was not depressed (opened) then you would have the can pressure reading (about 80psi depend on temp) only if you tried to fill from the high side. Ok try this find the line going to the firewall and inside the car, this is the low (return) line. dont use the one that goes to condenser at the front of the car (the radiator looking one). find the fill valve and thread on the fitting (may have a cap on it) tighten the fitting until it is tight then use a pair of pliers and turn 1/8-1/4 turn more then try to fill.
Q: HowdyWas taking apart a screw down NR valve and screw lift valve and noticed the spindles were made out of different materials. Brass and Steel.I am aware that brass is non corrosive but why use steel in the other valve? Is it due to their operation, do they come or not come in contact with fluids? Is one cheaper than the other? The screw lift globe valve had a steel spindle and the screw down nr glove valve had a brass spindle. Also, if anyone knows what materials are used in the valve lid and seat are made of.Any ideas?Cheers
Brass is used in some cases because it it less likely to corrode. It is used in other cases because it is softer than steel and can act as a bearing surface. Steel is usually used because of its strength relative to brass. In some cases they are used in combination so the steel surface and the brass surfaces compliment each other to provide a smooth sliding surface. Bronze is also a popular material for some valves and parts of other valves. Usually in water or steam service. Many times the valve seats are made from a harder material such as stellite. See site below for more info on stellite.
Q: I had the EGR valve and solenoid replaced and I'm not sure they needed to be replaced.
EGR means exhaust gas recirculator. it extracts unburned gas from the exhaust and returns it to the intake to be burned
Q: Hi all, I found oil leakage in my distributor and am about to change the o rings. however, i feel that a blocked PCV valve is causing the pressure to push oil into the distributor. I have been searching for the PCV valve. Can someone please tell me where it is?
The PCV valve is located beneath the intake manifold on the right (passenger) side. It threads into the breather seperator and points toward the center of the car. To remove it, you'll have to remove the Idle Air Control valve located on the end of the manifold log. Be aware that you'll have to do at least part of this task underneath the car, and that the IAC valve has antifreeze circulating through it Get a mechanic to do it if you can afford it
Q: When my son was three I switched Dr's for him. The new doctor said has he always had a heart murmur I said no that's the first I've heard of it so we went for test. Anyway heart specialist did all tests said my son had Bav a valve disorder in the heart. He said it is very common. However everyone I've ever talked to has never heard of it. My question is does anyone have this what is your story and have you had to have your valve replaced. My son is very healthy active I'm just worried. Any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you!!
A bicuspid aortic valve is not necessarily a problem - a normal aortic valve has three cusps, and your son only has two. Having only two cusps is not a big deal. The mitral valve in the heart naturally has only two cusps, so three cusps are not needed for a heart valve to function. The advantage of three valves is a slight increase in efficiency, but the difference between a normal valve and properly working bicuspid valve would only matter to a professional athlete. If the aortic valve closes almost completely, there is nothing to worry about. Since he has a heart murmur, its possible that it is caused by having only two cusps, but people with three cusps commonly have murmurs. There is no reason to get the valve replaced simply because of only two cusps. What matters is the level of aortic valve regurgitation. If regurgitation is not significant, your son has a normally functioning heart. Even if he had a moderate or high amount of regurgitation, it still might not have enough effect to warrant surgery. There are tests to measure regurgitation.
Q: Where is the illusive heater control valve?
The only valve i could think you are referring too would be the vacuum control on the back of the dash mounted heater controls. They do not have a valve in the coolant lines. The heat turned on or off by a vacuum operated door inside the heater box that merely closes and blocks the heat from escaping into the car. If you are having heater problems first make sure both lines running to the firewall feel hot/warm when engine is at temperature. Secondly you will have to find the actuators under dash on the heater box and make sure they are moving if not ck for vacuum.......
Q: ok so my 1993 bonneville started shaking and its smells like gas fumes in the car, so i cant drive it cause i have a newborn baby.so i took it to the dealership, they said codes 53,54,55,42,66 came up. they said i needed a new cadiletic converter, so i went to a local muffler shop. they said it was glowing cause it was so hot and said that wasnt the problem.i called the dealership back and they said they cleaned the egr vavle but said maybe it needs to be replaced, well before i spend any money i wanted to get everyones opinion, the car drive great, only shake when ur at idle. and smells awful inside uld this be the egr valve ?
You most likely have a bad egr valve. The valve is stuck open, that is why the idle is so bad. In normal operation, the egr is never open at idle. The valve being open at idle causes the map sensor to misread the manifold vacuum. This make the computer dump extra fuel through the injectors. That make the catalytic converter overheat, because there is raw fuel going into it. You may have already ruined the converter, but you want to deal with the egr valve first, then see if the catalytic converter is bad.
Q: I've been working on cars since around march of 2012. I new. I have a set of 305 heads that were really dirty. It came from a 79 camaro that never had an Oil change. I took the valves out and the valves are pretty burnt. I was wondering If I cleaned them up would they still be good to use? The edges aren't rough or anything. Just let me know what is need to know please. The heads I know are still good.
Any automotive machine shop can inspect the face and straightness if the valves to see if they can be re-ground and re-used.
Q: How do I know if the valve seals need replacing? From what type of smoke can I detect?
A leak down test won't tell you anything about the valve stem seal. It will about the actual valve face sealing in the valve seat, but the valve is closed when performing a leak down test. The best way to diagnose worn valve stem seals is if you get a lot of oil smoke onstart up, but it goes away in a few minutes. A real giveaway on bikes is after the bike has set on the side stand overnight and when you fire it up, you get more oil smoke out of the left side muffler than on the right side muffler. That's because the oil in the valve area runs to the left side when parked on the side stand.
