1.Features Of High Performance Metal Sealed Butterfly Valve

VBJG High performance metal sealed butterfly valve adopts “Inclined oval disc radial dynamic balance sealing system” to attain the frictionless action between the gasket of the disc and the sealing face of the seat before valve closing. The pressure angle is bigger than the friction angle on the sealing face for which the extra-low open resisting force and rapid closing automatic tally sealing action are available. The valve features with advanced construction, reliable seal, long life, low cost.etc. It is an economical practical automatic control valve providing both control and cut-off functions and uses to the fluid services with large flow, low pressure drop and low seat leakage.

Features: Patent No. ZL200820238488.1

1.              The optimum design of eccentric size ensures that the disc’s seal ring can be disengaged from the seat ring sealing surface immediately during the opening and closing process, which leads to no friction, no jamming and small operating torque, and high sealing performance and zero leakage are available.

2.              Corrosion resistant alloy replating is used for seat to make sure high reliability and long service life.

3.              The special processing technology is used for high precision and field-replaceable for seal ring.

4.              Special non-metallic materials are used to make sure high temperature performance, strong self-lubricating and low friction. The dust and granular media can be effectively prevented into the space between the stem and body to avoid jamming.

5.              High-strength stainless steel is used for integral stem and other parts to ensure high allowable pressure differential.

Q:why can't i just use solenoid valves hooked to a small bank of relays(using relay logic to control operation) connected to thermostats to control a multi zone boiler system? it would work, but can i do it, why must i use expensive zone valves?
Its just an educated guess but I would say it would cause system shock if a valve just snapped shut as against closing gently. Assuming the system was shutting down as a zone valve shuts the control switch opens and turns off the plant whilst the valve is still partly open. With a solenoid unless you fit a timer to pre shut off the plant then shut off the solenoid you would probably cause some plant damage. Also by the time you have wired all that lot up you may as well do the job with a zone valve.
Q:Recently, my best friend told me that he has tricuspid valve disease. So basically, the tricuspid valve in his heart is leaky and doesn't close tightly, allowing the blood to flow backwards.I just have a few questions about it and i don't wanna ask him because he doesn't like talking about his condition and i don't wanna make him uncomfortable. I just wanna know, is there any risk on his life or will he be able to live his life normally? Also, he doesn't take good care of himself at all. He completely ignores his condition. So i need to know, what should he avoid doing? Maybe I can prevent him from doing all the things that could hurt him. Most of all, i wanna know if there is anything I can do to help him.Guys if there's anything you can tell me, then please do. He's like my brother, we've been best friends since 1st grade and now we're both 16. I just want him to be okay.
Tricuspid valve disease refers to abnormal function of the tricuspid valve. Two types of tricuspid disease include: Tricuspid regurgitation - the valve is leaky or doesn't close tight enough, causing blood to leak backwards across the valve Tricuspid stenosis - the valve leaflets are stiff and do not open widely enough, causing a restriction in the forward flow of blood. Your physician may refer to this as an increased pressure gradient across the valve, found by echocardiogram or cardiac catheterization. How is it treated? Medical Management Your doctor will want to monitor the progress of your valve disease with regular appointments. They may be spaced once a year or more often, if your doctor feels you need to be followed more closely. Your appointment will include a medical exam. Diagnostic studies may be repeated at regular intervals. Your physician may prescribe medications to treat your symptoms. These medications may include drugs to treat heart failure or medications to control irregular heart rhythms. Lanyard and template handle assists with placement of ring Surgical Management Tricuspid Valve Repair When valve disease is severe, it may be necessary to repair or replace the diseased valve. Tricuspid valve repair using an annuloplasty ring is the preferred surgical approach for tricuspid regurgitation and may be performed for primary tricuspid disease or for combined cases with other valve surgery (mitral, aortic). See illustrations to the right. For more information and to view actual surgery, see: Movie: Edwards MC 3Tricuspid Annuloplasty* NOTE: Son, these patients are depressed, so they avoid discussing their condition. So the best way keep them happy as if nothing is wrong with them.OK Hope it helped you out. G/Luck.
Q:Hello. I am interested in purchasing a Hydroclean Fill Valve for my toilet. Are these good fill valves? Thanks!
who cares, a toilet fill valve only costs a few bucks. as long as it opens and closes it's a good valve. if it only lasts for a year then it's a piece of junk and you should try another brand. it's not a major decision
Q:One of the zone control valves in my heating system does not appear to be working. The thermostat is calling for heat, but no water is flowing. If the other thermostats call for heat, the valves seem to open as the pipes above the valve get hot from the water flowing through. The one that appears busted gets luke warm at best. All 4 valves in the system are fed from the same pipe, and the failed valve is the third in the series of 4 along the pipe (and #4 flows fine) so it doesn't appear to be something in the feeder pipe.Is there anything I can do to try and fix the existing valve, can I replace the valve myself? Would replacing the valve top of the valve (the green/gold portion) possible fix the issue (maybe a problem with the operation of the piston? Is there anything I ahve to do before removing the valve top aside from removing power to the valve?
By your description it sounds like you have a Taco zone valve, if so, you can twist the top, (head) and it disconnects from the valve body, you could swap it with one of the others to prove good or bad before you buy one, there not cheap.
Q:I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee v8 4.7L it has a stuck valve making knocking noises my question is can i still drive it !? or is too dangerous
its only really dangerous to the engine , but possibly you if it quits at a dangerous location this sounds more like something else than a ''stuck'' valve . and personally i would not trust it until you take a further look into the engine and remove a valve cover to see what is causing the problem .
Q:Hi there - We have an old house with galvanized steel pipes. Our main water shut off valve leaks -- the leak is from the packing nut. A plumber came out yesterday and tightened it, and it now barely leaks at all, maybe one drip every 24-48 hours (which it probably has been doing for the 6 years we have lived here, we just didn't know when we bought the place). Rather than replacing the whole valve (which, apparently, has a high liklihood of breaking the pipes in the foundation, requiring jackhammering and whatnot), we are thinking of installing a new shut off valve higher up on the pipe, where I guess it's less likely to break. If we go for the second valve, is there a way to close up that old valve (hydraulic cement, tape, solder, etc.), so it doesn't leak at all? The tiny leak is coming from the stem of the handle - can we remove the handle and cap it off or something? (And thanks to those of you who answered my husband's question about the pipes yesterday!)

Q:I see a valve that says FNW on it with ( on, off ) but I'm not sure it's the main valve to the water supply. It does go to the water heater so I'm guessing that it's it. Does anyone know anything about the main water supply valve and how to find it?
Find the meter, the shut off valve will be within a foot of the meter, If the meter is digital and on the outside of the house, look for a closet, or cupboard near the meter on the inside of the house, the meter will be concealed there.. The valve you are looking at is a shut off valve for the heater.
Q:For example, 2 valves from the modular 4.6 is equivalent to 1 valve from the LS1 which is a bigger valve.
Yes, because the largest 4 valves one can cram in the same cylinder head are smaller BUT provide more area than the largest two valves that would fit in the same head. With valves, the larger the overall area, the better.
Q:I just installed three anti-siphon valves(jar top, orbit) for a sprinkler system the main water line is 3/4 then goes into my manifold (pvc)3/4 schedule 40,usually when you turn on the water it comes to a stop where you re valves begin then you either open them manually or their set up through you re timer, the problem im having when i open the main water line the water goes straight through the valves without me even opening them my question is can it be to much pressure or what can the problem be? any info helps thank you
There's a small button on top of the elec valve, which is a manual override. Find it, and be sure it's turned all the way to the right, like tightening the cap on a bottle. This closes the override but doesn't affect the solenoid operation. If this isn't the problem, disconnect the control box from power, and see if the valves now are closed. Might be wired wrong, and the solenoids are stuck open because of always being powered. Too much pressure isn't the problem -- when a home is built in a place with abnormally high water pressure, pressure reducers are installed to diminish the pressure to workable levels.
