any bowl can have a drain hole added by some one with glass knowledge. look up glass workers in your area before you buy the bowls and then ask if they could cut drain holes for you. if so you can purchase artsy beach theme bowls from a crafts show, second hand or even have another class assist.

Q:I just found the cabinet underneath my bathroom sink to be completely soaked and this is the second time its happened, first time was a couple months ago. After first time, I shut off both valves and checked all the fittings and nothing seemed to be leaking. I turned the water back on and everything was fine. However, today I came to find the same thing happen. I've shut the water off again at this point, but I'm guessing none of the fittings have a normal. Could there be some sort of back up in the pipes?? I'm in Ohio so it is fairly cold right now and was also a couple months ago. Possible that something is freezing slightly and backing up the system? I also have young children who could have clogged it with something. Please help

There is a nut on the bottom of the sink just under the rubber washer. You can tighten this nut and it will secure the tail piece securely again. The question is why did it loosen up? Also before you tighten it get yourself some plumbers putty and make a 3/16 inch rope of it that will go around the intire flange. slip this under the edge before you tighten down the nut. It gives a double seal for the sink and won't allow water to seap out. If you have any questions email me and I'll try and get you through it

Undo the pipe under the sink - the trap. Don't forget to put a bucket under it first! You can use drain unblocker or hot water with soda crystals. Be careful with both - caustic. Use a piece of wire to poke hole in sink holes to get gunk moving. Can take a little time.
