2. What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

It's very expensive to remove asbestos because if you break it up and disturb it in the removal process everything has to be sealed off. I'm guessing a few grand to do that job. If you don't plan on ever selling you can just tile over it with little issue. You may not have to abate the asbestos if you sell but if you sell without telling them it's in there you can get into a lawsuit so be aware. He is right about it being only harmful if disturbed though.

Q: hi we have old carpet on top of tiled floor in our dining room the carpet really needs replacing but I have no idea how to fix the grippers down onto the tilesany ideas how I can do this without pulling up the tiles?: The tack strip or grippers as you cal them can be laid over the tile just as you do on a cement or slab flooring with one exception. The use or a cement tack strip and some have to be pre drilled and a longer nail or screw used to attach them to a wood sub floor if your tile is over wood subflooring and a backer board over the sub floor . My guys used to also construction adhesive glue the tack strip along with longer nails or screw. Any questions you can e mail e through my avatar. GL

Q: OK here is my problem. I want to switch my bath tub to an all-tile shower and wonder how to do it. So far the tile were set onto a cement board that was itself put on top of the drywall. I am wondering if this is a common thing. From all my research, it looks like tile should be on the cement board, but there is no use for extra drywall behind it. It actually makes things tougher because you need some sort of corner tile instead of normal bullnose since the cement board and the rest of the wall are not at the same level.My second question is: is there an order to do all this i.e. should I make the shower pan (sort of rubber sheet filled with cement), before or after I install the cement board on the wall. Try getting behind it and working it with a pry bar, Perhaps it will come off in bigger pieces . Please wear gloves and googles as tile shards will cut you like a razor.

Q: How would one grout mosaic tiles on standing mirror?: Grout application on a mirror is exactly the same process as grouting a tile floor, back-splash, counter top, or table. Since the mirror is standing, I'd be sure that the mirror won't topple over when applying the grout because it has to be floated into the crevices between the tiles / tile pieces. If possible I'd suggest laying the mirror flat, either on the floor or on a sturdy worktable A grout float is basically a block shaped pushing tool used to force the grout between the tiles. Hold the float at an angle against the tiled surface and use a firm sweeping motion across the tile to push/force the grout into all the nooks, crannies, cracks and openings between the tiles. You'll have to work fairly quickly because grout becomes hard to work once it starts drying out. Work in a diagonal pattern and go back over any low or missed areas. Allow the grout to sit for 20-30 minutes. You'll know the grout is starting to cure when there is a light haze on the tile surface. Using a sponge and a bucket of clean water lightly buff the tile to remove the haze. This step may have to be repeated once or twice to be sure that all of the excess grout has been removed from the tile surface. If you want to seal the grout and tile, there are a number of sealant products available but you'll need to wait 3 or 4 days before applying in order to allow the grout to cure properly.

Take off the old flooring (Carpet or tile.) and get it back to bare wood (Plywood)..... 2. Repair any bad sections of old plywood... 3. Level any joints between patches and any nail heads (I use drywall screws...A lot better hold and faster to put in when using a drill.)... Also the best patching material is Bondo...The wood filler takes forever to dry and will not form a Strong surface...Bondo drys to HARD plastic within 15 minutes...And is very easy to sand or form with a Bondo file... Be sure that everything is smooth or any hail heads or depressions will show under the tile later on... (Bondo also hold up better in wet areas like the bathroom) Pop a chalk line down the center of the room and start putting the tile down from this center line...Its not as noticeable to have something slightly off along the wall line as it it in the center of the room...Also when you get to the walls or in those little tight areas you will want to measure and cut some of the tiles....To do this you need to measure where the tile is to be cut (Remember the arrow direction) then lay the tile over an old piece of tile (So you dont cut the good flooring) and using a steel straight edge and a knife scribe a line...Then bend the tile along the line and it will break cleanly along the line.. Pay attention to the arrows on the back of the tile and always point them toward the same direction... This makes the pattern come out right... The glue on the tiles will hold them in place if the floor surface is clean and dry... If the energy blanket under the home is gone it will still take YEARS to do any damage to the new plywood floor that you replaced...
