The welding electrode E6013 is widely used on both AC and DC in all positions and suitably for welding sheet metal structure made of low-carbon steel, such as ships, vehicles, building, and general machinery.

Used for welding structures made of carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Most widely used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, hoisting machinery, etc.

Q:Why should the electrode be baked before use?

Q:Why can DC welding machine weld any electrode?
Direct current, especially the direct current produced by the inverter DC welding machine, is relative to the power frequency AC welding machine. The arc is stable, the spatter is very small, and the arc is not easy to break. The welding parameters have almost no fluctuation under the influence of input voltage. Three phase welding machine also supports thrust current, hot arc ignition function. It can avoid sticking electrode when arc welding with basic electrode.
