—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1267.2 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

- Q: Do you seal only the grout or the whole tile and grout?
- Just the grout as long as you have a glazed ceramic tile. Use after the grout has set for a few days. 3 days for a penetrating sealer ( recommended) or 30 days for a silicone sealer. All tile grout haze must be off the tiles prior to sealing. I use a hand pump spray bottle and just concentrate on the grout lines. Let soak for approx 10 minutes and buff dry tile with a clean light colored towel.. Don t let the sealer dry on the tiles.Then seal a 2nd time. Penetrating sealers will last for a long time, silicone sealers need to be redone every 6 months to a year depending on the amount of foot traffic and floor cleaning you give it. - theres really no way to effectively patch a hole in ceramic,the best way to fix it is to replace it,sorry. repairing a floor tile in a high traffic area such as the kitchen is not a good idea,ceramic has sharp edges when broken and it can and will slice your feet open.I strongly suggest replacing the tile,especially with a little one around.

- any tile you like is okay to use. my advice would be to prepare the surface by cleaning it thoroughly then using a concrete adhesive before setting your tile with white thinset mortar. after grouting , be sure to use a sealer to prevent moisture getting under the tiles. the sunlight will expand the water and cause vaporlock that will pop your tiles. then maintain by resealing at least once ayear.
- Q: how to paint over tile
- If you are asking about painting over tiles on a wall in a particular room such as a bathroom, the answer is you can't. Wall tiles, like glass are a non-porous surface. Paint will only adhere to a porous surface (i.e., absorbent surface such as drywall, wood, canvas, etc.). However, if you are talking about painting a design on a tile(s) then the answer is yes you can. But in order to do this you will have to use a glass medium and apply it first before you can paint on the tile and then the tile will have to be cured with heat after wards. To do only a few tiles would be economical but to due a whole room of tiles it would cost a small fortune in both time and money. And yes, you can use epoxy paint but you need a well vented area as well as a mask and goggles to do it and it may not last very long on the tile.

- Porcelain tiles will not break if installed correctly. Let's say, a hammer fell on the porcelained floor, this wouldn't break but would chip and that applies to all kinds of tiles.

- Hi there. You've presented an excellent question and I have the ultimate solution for you! As a tile contractor, I have in fact used this technique a dozen times with perfect results every time. If these are small chips in the tile, touch them up with appliance touch-up paints or an oil enamel paint with a gloss similar to that of your tile. It's usually pretty simple finding a color that will match wonderfully. If these are larger sized chips or there is a corner of a tile is broken off, shape two-part epoxy putty to fit this area. The epoxy can easily be sanded lightly when dry, then painted with the appliance touch-up or enamel paint. All of these products can be found at your local Lowes or Home Depot. Note: this is a quick fix for a chipped tile... not a cracked one. Cracked tiles are usually a sign of something wrong... other than the crack in the tile and the surface needs investigated thoroughly before determing the proper fix. It's actually VERY difficult to accidentally crack a tile that has been installed properly. But I'm sure the above fix will work fine for your described problem.
