1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1267.2 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
- Q:I have some extra granite tiles, and want to get them trimmed to the dimensions I want. I lack a wet saw, and don‘t want to buy one, so is there somewhere I can go to get it done?
- Granite tiles are very unforgiving, especially for do-it-yourselfers. You will want a very good saw and preferably someone who knows what they are doing to cut and install them. Not trying to be rude, but i'm a tile guy and even I don't like working with granite.

- Q:I want to rip up the old linoleum in my bathroom and install some tile. The previous owners laid the current layer of linoleum on top of the original linoleum. From the little bit I‘ve peeled up to look underneath it looks like chip board underneath that. Does that mean I need to lay some kind of backerboard underneath the tile? I also plan on tearing out the curent cabinets and installing new ones. Should I install the tile or the cabinets first?
- You need to install the Cabinets first in most cases unless you want to run tile all the way underneath. Kind of a waist of money if you ask me.. YES you should use a HARDY BOARD or Concrete Board under the tile over the Chip Board. Your Plywood floors shift under weight from time to time and if this happens you will be faced with pop-ed tiles or worse yet completely broken. Use Drywall Screws to fasten it to the floor and fill the cracks and screw holes with ThinSet Mortar and let dry before you start laying tile. If you put the cabinets in before tile it will give you a VERY straight line to work from as a starting point and will easily save you $100.00-$800.00 in tile and materials by not putting tile under the cabinets. - corner cutting is best done with hand tools. For heavy use make sure you have a strong pedestal for the saw. DeWalt is one of the better ones, so is Ridgid
- Q:Suggestions and stories needed. We have 3 kids, 2 dogs (inside). I am on the fence. We bought stuff for doing the tile but now I am thinking laminate.
- Both are good choices. Tile is more durable but its cold in the winter and harder on the feet. Laminate has a warmer feel and the pad gives it a little bit softer feel. Plus glass objects don't always break when you dop them on it. But it can be damaged a lot easier than tile. I am not saying its easily damaged, by no means, its very durable and will with stand 3 kids and 2 dogs. Laminate is also not recommended in high moister areas. As far as maintaining the floors, Laminate is easier just wipe it up a few times a month and your good to go. Tile needs the grout to be sealed and needs to be scrubbed when t gets real dirty.

- Most soaps leave a film on tiles I purchased a steam mop, just cleans the tires with steam and leaves no film or residue, they look like they did when they were first laid. See if you can borrow one from some one to give it a try. You will love it. Good Luck
- Q:I have plain jane 4 white ceramic tile and it does not go with my new room colors for my bath....can this be painted?
- Any ceramic tile can be painted no matter if it is old or new. The most important thing is to make sure the tile is perfectly clean. Repair any cracked tiles and crumbling grout. If you need to regrout, do so before painting the tile. Regrouting will damage the paint. Water-based paints that contain a urethane resin are good paints to use. Do not apply it to ceramic tile that gets wet on a regular basis. Examples of this are tile surfaces inside a tub or shower area. You can use a roller to paint a ceramic-tile floor. I suggest a roller with a low nap to keep bubbles and texture to a minimum. You can also add products to the paint that allow them to flow well and attain a finish as if they had been sprayed. If you have a sprayer, you absolutely can spray the tile. Be sure to protect adjacent surfaces from overspray.
- Q:I bought tile effect laminate flooring for my kitchen. How do I stagger the joints, but line the grout seems up at the same time? There are four equal tiles per a plank.
- The tiles should be the same size or in a pattern such that you can off set the joints and still have the tilegrout lines still line up. Or some of them you can both off set the joints and do a offset or brick pattern in the laminate itself. This type of laminate you ll need more than normal scrap because you will scrap more out on this type of laminate.
