Specifications:

Perfect for caravans, boats, motorbikes, trucks and camping. Use it with fresh or salt water with your deck wash or to run your toilet or shower. These pumps automatically turn themselves on and off when you turn the tap on and off. Comes with filter and fittings. These pump are for intermittent use only.

A great pump for those country folk, with a small family, on tank water who only need to boost the pressure from a tank next to the house.

We have tested these pumps and found they will operate to a 2 metre suction lift and 5 metre head with no problems.

1.Maximum torque and operating efficiency/higher operating pressure and/or lower amperage than competitive pumps

2.Long life, no leaks, strong corrosion resistant

3.12/24 VDC and 115/220 VAC motors standard (consult factory for other voltages)

4.Quality components for extreme performance

5.Numerous fitting options for greater mounting flexibility

6.Voltage:12V/24V DC Diaphragm Pump,115V/230V AC Diaphragm pump

7. Expecially suitable for marine and recreation vehicle, such as boat and ship. Also suitable for Agriculture sprayer

How a Pump Works

The pump is driven by an AC or DC motor

In front of the motor is a valve assembly containing two to five valve pump chambers. Each valve chamber has a diaphragm behind it in the lower pump housing. As the motor shaft turns, an internal cam positioned behind the diaphragms causes the diaphragms to be pushed forward, then back in a continuous sequence creating a suction. As this suction builds, fluid is pulled hrough the inlet, through the various valve chamber check valves to the outlet he volume of flow is determined by several factors including: the number and size of the pump chambers, cam offset, operating pressure, fluid viscosity.

Q:What's the difference between a centrifugal pump and a centrifugal pump? What are they used for?
As the name suggests, centrifuges are machines that achieve centrifugal effects by centrifugal action. And you say the centrifugal pump is only specific, and the same as the pump
Q:What's the submersible pump? What is a submersible pump, and what about it?
Not afraid of water, because it is placed in the water itself to cool themselves, you can use for a long time. The amount of water pumped and the height of the water now basically meets the needs of a small amount of individual and a large number of factories. This is the submersible pump, the water pump in the water. You can see.
Q:What are the uses and precautions of magnetic pumps?
5, after the motor starts, slowly open the drain valve, until the pump into the normal working state, and then discharge valve to the desired opening;6, before the pump stops working, should first close the exhaust valve, and then turn off the suction valve.
Q:Why is the submersible pump tripped on an electrical switch? There is no electrical leakage protection, directly connected to the circuit breaker, and when the switch on, the circuit breaker jumpedI checked the line is good, the pump did not break down, is not the water pump?
There should be the following reasons: 1) the setting value of the trip switch is too small, and the operating current of the submersible pump exceeds its setting value, and the switch is tripped
Q:The working principle of magnetic pump
Working principle of magnetic pumpN of the magnet (n is even) arranged according to the laws in the magnetic clutch assembly inside and outside the magnetic rotor, the magnet part consisting of magnetic coupling system. When the inside and outside the two poles in different relative displacements, two poles between the angle phi = 0, the lowest energy magnetic system; when rotates to the relative displacement is two poles, pole angle between phi = 2 pi /n, the magnetic system of magnetic energy. Remove the external force, due to the magnetic system of magnetic poles repel each other, magnetic magnet will return to the lowest energy state. So magnets in motion, driven by the magnetic rotor.
Q:What are the internal losses in centrifugal pumps? How did they come about?
Volume loss: loss due to leakage;3. mechanical loss
Q:Operating procedures for measuring pumps
First, preparation and inspection before starting1. Check to make sure that the drain line is equipped with a safety valve with the correct set pressure.2. Check the screws for the liquid end parts.
Q:What are the starting and stopping procedures for centrifugal pumps?
The use of centrifugal pump can be divided into three steps, namely, start, run, stop.Start: you should do the following preparation before starting:(1) check the water pump equipment in good condition.(2) the bearings are filled with oil, the oil level is normal, and the oil quality is qualified(3) all the inlet valves of the centrifugal pump are opened.(4) pump water injection or vacuum pump diversion (except for flow), open the vent valve exhaust.(5) check the leakage of shaft seal. It is advisable to fill the seal with a little drop of water.(6) the motor rotates in the right direction.
Q:What is a feed pump?
Because under normal circumstances, the water pump suction port flow rate is low, can not meet the requirements of high pressure water injection pump. Therefore, the purpose of adding a feeding pump at the front of the water injection pump is to increase the flow rate of the inlet of the high-pressure water injection pump so as to meet its water supply requirements!
Q:What is the pump lift voltage? And how to suppress the pumping voltage rise?
[suppression of pumping voltage] the general use of the installation of absorption resistance to absorb the pump voltage rise. The simplest way to control the pump voltage is to connect the DC bus with an energy consumption resistor before releasing the pump voltage.
