Tower Crane TC6024 FAQ:
1.What is tower crane?
Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.
2. What is the meaning of the tower crane’s code?
Take Tower Crane TC6024 for example, the first two letters “TC” means Tower Crane, “60”means jib length is 60 meter, and the last two letter “24” means the tip load is :2.4 ton.
3. What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?
First, we need to know clients’ requirements, for example, max lifting capacity, height, tip load and jib length.. Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is and Third if there are special needs. CNBM could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients.
- Q: i need some links where to buy batteries for the JG 614 preferably 9.6 i just do not like airsoft megastore thank you everyone
- Crane okorder / I don't really like the crane stock batteries only because they are a mess to put into the gun and taking them out is only a bit better. If you're not a spray-and-prayer, a small nunchuck/butterfly battery would do just fine.
- Q: Iv done some research and I cant seem to find a place that might sell jibs locally here in Phoenix. Iv been considering the ProAm DVC 200 crane but I would also like to see others in like a store. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated!
- I went down that path last year in the SF Bay Area in California. I could not find a store that carried any cranes or jibs - so I just started asking around. Stay away from any that use cables to keep the stage steady - we used one at a shoot - setting up is an interesting challenge. I thought I wanted the same unit you are looking at - and decided I needed to trust the crane a bit more with my HDR-FX1... I had to wait longer to save more $, but I really like the crane and tripod kit I ended up with... from Kessler Crane... I never got to see it before I bought it and I was, um... nervous... but I am glad I made the investment - and Eric Kessler is REALLY helpful and great to work with. One of the other cranes I looked at uses a heavy duty PA speaker stand as its tripod base. After watching light trees and PA speakers fall over because of leg failure, I could not bring myself to trust them to hold my camcorder. I can STAND or JUMP on the Kessler tripod and it does not budge. It is rock-steady and really strong. The Hercules head is silk-smooth and the crane-arm and camera stage are steady and easy to manipulate. After a little practice, it now takes me about 10-15 minutes from the time I start unpacking until I am ready to start shooting. That includes mounting the camcorder, setting the counterweights, mounting a portable DVD player with AV-in as the monitor mounted to the tripod-head so I can see what the camcorder is shooting and running the AV, headphone and LANC cables and making the whole thing pretty with velcro strips.
- Q: well I am making 1000 paper cranes... I am on 18... but how do you string them all together anyone know?
- How To String Paper Cranes
- Q: I was looking at the glidecam hd1000 for my canon vixia hv40, but now I think I'm more interested in a crane (jib).I was thinking of the advance digital 6 ft. crane. I would replace some of the plastic parts for metal.I'll be using it to film sketches and short films. (my budget is 350 dollars, but id like it to be under that)the crane is 200 dollarsthe glidecam is 370 dollars (on amazon)Thanks,Mike
- It depends on the shots you want to get. The $370 HD-1000 Glidecam handheld stabilizer works fine for short sequences when walking or even running. But for the most part, if the camera is going to stay in one place, then a tripod is better. Back to the Glidecam handheld stabilizer... it is small and once set up (counter weights) you can leave it as-is and easily/quickly mount/dismount the camera as needed. Generally, it will be used at eye level so the camera's LCD panel can be used for framing shots. The Advanced Digital Crane stand ($60) and Crane ($150) will take a while to set up assuming it is taken apart after each work-day. It is fairly large and can get to heights the handheld Glidecam cannot get to. When the camera is mounted to the crane stage, you will not be able to see what the camera sees very well, assuming you are at the side of the crane where the counterweights are. You will want to use a monitor. I use a Sony portable DVD player with AV-out connected to the camcorder's AV-out. The rechargeable battery life on the portable DVD player is quite long when the DVD motor/player mechanism is not used. An RCA-ended extension cable will be needed. (for what it is worth, I have a Kessler 8 foot crane and use their heavy-duty tripod with their Hercules head). My cameras have a LANC port (I don't think the HV40 does). This allows start/stop recording, focus and zoom control from when I am standing back at the counterweights. Since the HV40's wireless remote sensor is at the front of the camcorder, controlling the camcorder with the wireless remote behind the camera is challenging. So... which would I recommend? It is relatively easy to get eye-level type shots (just use a tripod). Even with motion/movement, use of a wagon/dolly/chair/back-end of a truck/etc... is fairly simple. But getting the high level extended crane shots... that makes things interesting because it is a perspective most people don't see every day...
- Q: How are those really tall construction cranes assembled ???
- I saw one erected once - it was fascinating. They started out with a big mobile crane - then they added piece by piece until they finished it.
- Q: Cranes are normally used in construction in most countries. But I saw some photos that show Iranians are hanging criminals in pubic with cranes instead of gallows. Is it more painful to the dying criminals to the last moment?Do you know why?
- they probably didn't have the proper arrangements to carry out the punishment so they used cranes instead of gallows. who knows? but weird really. and it wouldn't be more painful... err... the purpose is to snap the neck... ouch :(
- Q: Mother, whose heart hung humble as a button the bright splendid shroud of your son,Do not weep. War is kind. Please help thanks for reading
- This is a very critical and harsh poem. Stephen Crane seems to have a more pessimistic outlook on life than other poems he has written, and nowhere else does that pessimistic outlook come through in his poetry than here. The pattern of the poem affixes a cynical, satirical statement after every statement of War is kind. For example, War is kind, Hoarse booming drums of the regiment, little souls who thirst for fight, these men were born to drill and die. The unexplained glory flies above them. Especially when Crane says the unexplained glory flies above them, he is making a powerful statement by questioning whether all the death and destruction is really worth it. This questioning is very important, because many wars are not really for what they seem to be for. There are exceptions of course, perhaps World War II and the fight to end the holocaust, perhaps the Civil War and the fight to end slavery, but for the most part, wars are usually conflicts between cultures over natural resources and disagreements over cultural values. The glory of war, the patriotism, the nationalism; Crane is trying to state that all of these emotions we associate with most wars are really made up so that generally people will feel better about their actions in the long term. Crane questions whether or not war is ever really worth anything to anybody in this poem. Crane clearly does not think so, considering the level of sarcasm he uses throughout the poem, especially at the end when he powerfully states Mother whose heart hung humble as a button On the bright splendid shroud of your son, Do not weep. War is kind. This is very powerful, and Crane very clearly points out that the glory of war and honor of battle are not worth much to a parent whose son has died, or wife whose husband has died, or child whose father has died. Crane's questioning of warfare is very relevant in today's war when we are as a country in what many people would call a meaningless war.
- Q: Can anyone tell me the location of the barn in the water color Waiting Refuge by Jon Crane or how to find it
- several times and have not found the print. However, these people specialize in Jon Crane's work and may be able to help you nail down the location of the barn in the print that you are interested in. Good luck. I hope this helps. ***I'm wondering why this is in Books and Authors? Are you searching for a book that contains this information or perhaps a compilation of paintings by this artist? I haven't found anything like that yet.***
- Q: What category is a Crane bird?
- Order GRUIFORMES Family GRUIDAE Not sure where you live...but there are only 2 species of Crane that live in the U.S. : the Sandhill Crane and the endangered Whooping Crane.
- Q: What are the safety devices in a tower crane?
- (1) lift height limit position limiterFor cranes with variable boom angles, the lifting motion must be stopped immediately when the top of the lifting device rises to the 8OOmm at the lower end of the boom. For luffing cranes, lift the top of the hook to the lower end of the frame 500mm. The lifting movement must be stopped immediately.(2) lifting moment limiter and maximum lift limiter; When the lifting torque reaches 90% of its rated value, the lifting torque limiter shall be able to issue an acoustic or red light to indicate the alarm. When the lifting torque exceeds its rated value and reaches 108% of the rated value, the lifting direction and outward direction shall be stopped. If the weight and amplitude indicator are set, the numerical value should be correct, clear and eye-catching. The digital error shall not exceed 5% of the indicated value. When the lifting weight exceeds the maximum weight, maximum lifting weight limiter should emit light or sound alarm, when the load exceeds the maximum weight of 6%, should stop to enhance the direction of movement, but to allow institutions towards the down direction.(3) amplitude limiting deviceA crane shall be equipped with a minimum amplitude limiter and a device for preventing the boom from rebounding backward. The trolley must be equipped with a trolley switch and a terminal buffer.(4) rail clamping device and walking spacing deviceTrack type tower cranes must be equipped with rail clamps. A walking limit device shall be installed at the same time.(5) anemometer; For cranes with a hinge height of more than 50m at the root of the boom, a anemometer shall be installed at the top.(6) lightning protection and anti electromagnetic wave induction device; For the crane whose hinge height is over 50m, the lightning arrester shall be installed according to the actual situation and the electromagnetic interference shall be taken.(7) tower crane shall install limit torque coupling in order to prevent slewing overload.
