Compensating conductor, compensating cable

Product Description

The products are applicable for the electric connection between various thermocouples and temperature-indicating instrument with index of S,K,E,T,J and N to improve the thermometric precision.Usually, the PVC insulated and sheathed compensating cable is applied since it's good for its dampproof ante-corrosion and flame-retardant performance. The heat-resistant fluoroplastic insulation and sheath has high temperature-resistant,alkali-resistant acid-resistant,oil-resistant, wear-resistant,age resistant, waterproof and flame-retardant performance. The silicon rubber insulated compensation conductor and compensating cable have oil-resistant,anti-corrosion,age resistant, waterproof and flexible features. The compensating cable is composed of certain quantities of twisted pair type compensating.

Q:Question says it all.
You wont see any problem as far as the cable is concerned, as each device deteremines it's own resistance, and which will result in a specific amperage being drawn from the system (constant voltage), so no need to worry about that. The one issue you will want to address is making sure you reduce your fuse amperage. You want your fuses to be rated just over what you system should normally draw. Any more and your system might be damaged if it ever experiences a short, as your fuse might not respond as quickly as one with the correct rating. (There are several other reasons to use the correct fuse, but you get the idea, it's just safer and smarter) I'm assuming you are refering to 1200w Max power when referring to cable, which would probably be something like an 8Guage, hich probably has a 40Amp fuse, which is a pretty solid choice for a system under 500w (assuming you are referring again to max, not rms). You might want to swap it out for a 30 amp, thought, just to be on the safe side. If you are reffering to 1200w rms, then you have a 1 guage or so cable, and you probably have anywhere from 80-150 amp fuse using either Maxi or ANL fuses. If this is the case, that's fine, just make sure you switch out those fuses for the lowest ones you can get. I beleive ANL start at 100amps, but I think you can get maxi's as low as 60 amps. (Anything you need can be gotten at BestBuy, Circuit, or any local audio shops)
Q:I need to know if the power light on the amp will turn on if I don't have the RCA cables hooked up or if you have to have them hooked up just to get power to the amp? I was just wondering because I just hooked up an amp and I can't get the power to come on, and I'm pretty sure the power, ground, and remote wire is hooked up good, it's the RCA cables i'm thinking is messed up, but would the power light come on even if those wasn't hooked up?
If you have the amp hooked up without rca cables thats where the problems coming from
Q:It isn't the standard power cable, it ALMOST looks like a power cable for a playstation, except it has round on both sides and not just one...Can I JUST buy the plug for it? I lost it when we moved and I need it to make Xmas Cards HAHA
Check okorder they may have part and express shipping Merry Christmas
Q:lost my original 7A cable and the uk wire is 2.5A
The PS3 Slim's power supply is rated at 250W which works out to be just under 2.5A @ 110v. Since the PS3 only draws around 100W it should be OK. If you were using an Older PS3 then it would require more power and would not be safe with a 2.5A cable. Since a new cable wouldn't cost much you should probably invest in a better one anyway.
Q:Its a Extreme power plus 700w the U.S.A and Canadian type.
so?? if you want to use it, go ahead baby!!
Q:difference between power and control cable?
Control cables as their name suggests, send signals to control the functioning of an equipment. Belonging to the family of instrumentation cables, these cables allow distribution of data or signals that have low voltage. Designed specifically for automation controls, these cables have a copper conductor, which is enveloped in galvanized steel braid. Usually used for regions that require less than one ampere, these cables can carry signals up to 40 volts. These cables usually bear a PVC insulation that protects them from impacts and harsh climatic conditions. Power cables are cables, which transfer both high energy and low energy from the source to the equipments. Specifically designed to best suit active and neutral environment, these cables bear a thick outer sheath compared to ordinary Control cables. The external sheath of the Power cables with its immense strength and protection enables the cables to transfer high volume of energy without any tension or strain. Unlike Control cables, Power cables often have a unique colour code system that distinguishes the high voltage carriers from their low voltage counterparts.
Q:HiI'm organizing my cords at the moment, but I'm curious, is it safe to use power cords (say a phone charger) when it is still wound up in a coil? It would save a lot of cord clutter, but are there any drawbacks, as in it would start a fire? Thanks
there is no danger coiling cords.dont fold the cord or you could break the wire
Q:I have been doing research online and have found replacement power cables from Kimber, Nordost, PS Audio, Cardas, Monster and Audioquest. While Kimber did win an award in Audiophile magazine, the write up for PS Audio's SC statement cable appears to be very good as well. Nordost makes a great product too, but have read some complaints that it actually cheats the bass. So I am basically looking to see if anyone owns any of the replacement cables from these companies or what they could recommend as a good replacement power cord.
This question does not make sense. Power cord for what equipment? Most audio and video equipment comes with the power cord attached or uses a standard 3 prong 110v power cable that you see on computers. A power cord should not affect quality. To improve quality, you should have a power conditioner or line conditioner to clean the power going to your equipment. Please elaborate on what you are trying to do.
Q:will I be able to work this out without buying something extra? and if so what do I need to buy?
That gpu takes 2 6 pin connectors, the last photo in the PSU pictures shows this second from the left wire with red plugs. You have what you need. Good luck
Q:Can anyone tell me the best place to run the power cable for my amp from the battery through the firewall? (2000 Chevy Impala)
Look for where the factory wire harness goes through. there's usually enough room to cut or drill a whole and pass your power wire through. If not, you'll have to make your own hole in a safe place.
