FAQ:

1. Can you offer OEM to me? What about MOQ?

Of course, we are a professional with OEM manufacturer for 9 years. the MOQ can be 50 ton/ order..

2. How to guarantee the quality of the products

We have established the international advanced quality management systemevery link from raw material to final product we have strict quality testWe resolutely put an end to unqualified products flowing into the market. At the same time, we will provide necessary follow-up service assurance.

3. How long can we receive the product after purchase?

Usually within thirty working days after receiving buyer’s advance payment or LC. We will arrange the factory manufacturing as soon as possible. The cargo readiness usually takes 15-25 days, but the shipment will depend on the vessel situation.

4.How Can I Get Some Sample?

We are honored to offer you free sample, but courier charges will be on your side.

Q: What are they worth today? As well as a 1943 steel nickel?
The 1943 zinc coated steel cent is very common in circulated grades. They were saved by a lot of people because they are a one year type coin. I can buy them for .02 to .10 each depending on grade. Uncirculated ones are worth more, a few dollars. There is no such thing as a 1943 steel nickel. The nickel that year were made of 56% copper,35% silver and 9% manganese. The 1943 nickel sells for around a $1 in very fine to $2 in extra fine. It is worth more in high grade mint state.
Q: I'm looking for a good source as to the 'structural formula' of steel. I'm not quite sure if that's what it's actually called, but here's a link to what I'm looking for.
There is none. There is no steel molecule, so one can't draw its molecular structure. Most steel has a body-centered cubic (ferrite) crystal structure (some stainless steels are face-centered cubic - austenite). Depending on the alloying elements, it's typically a random solid solution. Most of the lattice sites will be occupied by iron atoms, but other atoms from the alloying components will replace random sites. Smaller atoms like carbon are in the interstitial points, meaning they fit in between the larger atoms. Depending on the alloy and the processing conditions, you can also get a mix of phases, including more complex structures like cementite (iron carbide), molybdenum carbide, manganese sulfide, or martensite (a non-equilibrium tetragonal phase).
Q: How are steel coils processed at the steel service centers?
Steel coils are processed at steel service centers through a series of steps. First, the coils are unrolled and flattened using a decoiler and a leveling machine. Then, the steel is cut into the desired length and width using shears or slitting machines. Next, the coils may undergo various treatments such as pickling, galvanizing, or coating to enhance their corrosion resistance or appearance. Finally, the processed coils are inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment to various industries for further manufacturing or construction purposes.
Q: so I am trying to drill holes in stainless steel shelving to hang something but my drill wont make any more than a small dent in the steel. I bought a bit for hard metals but it didn't do any better. I have an admittedly small drill (9.6v). is that the problem? do I just need a more powerful drill? any serious advice is appreciated. thanks
Just put drops of water at the spot of drilling to keep your drill bit cool. The reason your drill bit gets dull is because it gets hot and melts. You may need to re sharpen your drill bit or purchase a new one.
Q: Me and my cousin have been arguing about this. I said that superman is made out of steel, but he says that people just call him the man of steel because he's hard like steel. Does he have steel in his body?

Q: When i was 15 i got caught steeling at Super A yes i know i cant believe it. They didnt call the cops or anything they released me to my aunt they took my name and adress and everythimg they said it wouldnt be on my record. But I'm not so sure. Will it be on my record if they didn't call the cops?i live in california. Is there any way i can check my record?
Steeling? What's that? Did you take a piece of steel and weld it? I am confused?
Q: I have a knife with AUS8 Stainless Steel. No idea what that means. I want to know some of the best stainless steels for knifes and all you can tell me about stainless steel would be great. I was browsing google and looking at grades and had no idea what all the numbers meant. Thanks!
I do engraving on knife blades (actually all kinds of metal but occasionally knife blades). Every company's blades are a little different. I get the idea that different companies have different compounds. All the materials are some compromise between hardness, toughness, corrosion resistance, machineability and other considerations. Stainless is generally not as good as a high-carbon steel, but high-carbon steel rusts and turns black. Stainless is much easier to keep clean.
Q: In the warehouse management system of steel coil
Warehouse is an important component of enterprise material supply system. It is also the tache of enterprise material circulation and storage, and it also undertakes many functions of material management. Its main tasks are to keep the stock well, to be accurate, to be of good quality, to ensure safety, to prompt the people, to produce, to be considerate, to reduce costs, and to speed up capital turnover.
Q: What are the different packaging options for steel coils?
The different packaging options for steel coils include wooden pallets, steel cradles, eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall packaging, and steel banding or strapping. These options are used to ensure the safe transportation and storage of steel coils, preventing damage and maintaining their shape and quality.
Q: How are steel coils used in the manufacturing of electrical enclosures?
Steel coils are used in the manufacturing of electrical enclosures as they provide the raw material for forming the enclosures' outer shells and structural components. The steel coils are processed and shaped through various techniques such as cutting, bending, and welding, to create the desired size and shape of the enclosure. The steel's strength and durability make it an ideal material choice for ensuring the enclosures can protect electrical equipment from environmental factors and provide safety for users.
