FAQ

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.

From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q: I am a fat personI started reducing my food to eatBut I am very constipated.I Drink more water, but no result Can you give me some advice? ( sorry for my English)
Not sure what the problem is, but you could try a ceiling fan and/or an attic fanIf you don't already have an attic fan.it's well worth the moneyI bought one approx4 years ago for $125.00 and it was pretty easy to installHELPS soooo much! My bill is much less now tooGood Luck.
Q: How is fabric made?
just me again - totally agree

Q: My husband and I are thinking about buying a house in Houston and not yet sure whether 1 story or 2-story house is better for usWe have a 15- month old baby and probably my parents would come to stay with us for some timeAt first I think 1 story is good because I don't have to worry about my baby and parents falling down the stairsBut the humidity and insects of Houston area bother me: would it be too damp in the summer to live on the first floor? Is there any other thing we need to look out- such as adequate natural light, energy saving, mosquitos or even flood? What is the typical price difference between the two?Anyone has his/her experience to share? We are new to the area and it's our first time to buy a house.Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Add up the square feet of living spaceGenerally, two floors are cheaper than a sprawling ranchAC issues are mostly related to how good ceiling/attic insulation is, as well as how tight the windows are.
Q: I made a blanket and I have a Basset Hound and he made it all smellyHow can I wash this blanket without it falling apart? Can I machine wash it? Or would that distort the blanket? Also the blanket weighs 4 pounds and 5 ounces if that makes a difference.
Don't worry about a vapor barrierYou already have one in your ceiling and the paint that is on itIf you want a really good insulation job, I would highly recommend installing cellulose insulation instead of fiberglassCellulose does a much better job at slowing the movement of air than fiberglassIt can be bought by the bag and you get the use of a blowing machine for freeThis is a nasty job to do and it should only be done once
Q: Hi everybody,I will be in Amsterdam from 21/04-24/04 and I want to do a little shopping thereMy to-buy list: fabrics for quilting, x-Stitch kit and second hand books (in English)Could you please recommend me some shops with not very high price?
The quilting I am not an expert on but usually this kind of thing is available on local marketsShops that tend to sell this are usually not so cheap as the markets For the X-stitch - I used to do this before the kids took that time up! They are usually sold by little shops selling wool, materials etcHowever I normally buy mine on Marktplaats.nl or Ebay.nl - it is a lot cheaper there Second-hand books - again marktplaats.nl is a good source but then not much use to youI know the market (on a Friday) in the centre of Amstelveen (take tram 5 from Amsterdam Centraal station) has them and they are approx 2/3 euro's - but there is not a wide selection So I am no expert really on this and so maybe Willeke or someone else have more ideas on this?

Q: I have a lot of wool, and I'd really like to use it to knit some of the knitting patterns I haveHowever, every knitting book I look in for advice says to use the wool recommended in the patternIs there any way to make the wool I have work for the patterns I have? I'm willing to try increasing/decreasing stitchesAlso, none of the wool I have has any sort of label with it, it's just wool I've accumulated throughout the years (and I do mean years, I have that much of it!)If the wool I have won't work for knitting patterns, is there anything else I could do with it?
Never heard of it before!!
Q: 3 days ago I think my German Shepherd ate some of the pink insulation by our water heaterThere was a big hole and not enough pieces to fill it back upHe was acting fine so we decided just to watch him to see if everything was okWell, today I went outside with him to go potty and he has the shits. Is it to late? Will he die? Or is he just working it out of his system?
Get your dog to the vet NOW! Pink insulation doesn't desolve in the body, it swells and starts causing major internal issuesGET GOING! At this stage, your dog may have a day or 2 at most.
