- the attic fan will not do much good if you turn on the cool A/C - probably best to put roof vents and whirleybirds to take the heat/hot air out of your attic -

- yes this can be caused by not enough fiber, most of your natural fiber is in your dark green vegi'sthere are other causes of this as well thoughsome times a stomach virus can do this as well., etc.try fiber to start and see if that helps.
