Q: my tummy and lower back and sometimes parts above my spine hurt when i press on it. I get really bad back aches as well.
You must see a doctor Don't depend on lay man advice
Q: well it seems like press on nails are a lot more affordable and easier to take off. like KISS and Nailene seem good. they are only around $5 and you change them every 2 weeks, wheras acrylics are like $20 and you need to fill them every two weaks and they are harsh on nails.so do you girls think i can do my press on nails on monday, and two weeks from now, on monday take them off and put on a new pair? or should i wait a day? can it work like that?can you reuse them?is this cheaper and better for nails than acrylic?
Press on nails hardly ever last longer than a few days. Yes, they are better on your nails than acrylic. Acrylic uses a primer and nail dehydrator, which makes your real nails very brittle. Gel nails, on the other hand, need touch ups less than acrylics, use no dehydrator, and cost about the same. Check into those if you are looking for long term wear.
Q: How much are you lifting on the cybex plate loaded squat press without any weights on it
Plate Loaded Squat Press
Q: I need to know what a railway press is used for, how it works, and what they look like.
The Railway Press is a term for that section of the news media, magazines, books etc. which are principally related to railway topics. The presses involved in producing them look much the same as any other four colour perfecting units and folders. If you mean what do the journalists responsible for the copy look like, I guess that they look pretty sleazy like most journalists do.
Q: im 14 years old, 6 foot, 195 pounds and max 160. i only have 20 pound dumbells at my house to work with. what can i do to increase my bench press?-
Do pushups...and if you can find a way to attach the dumbells to your back or shoulders to add weight to make your pushups harder that will help too. Also, with dumbells, you can do butterflys for your chest...and that will increase your chest's strenght, which will impact your bench. Lay with your back on a bench with your arms straight above your chest. Lower your arms so they come down to your sides, but you want to end up in like a 'jesus on the cross' position with your arms straight out to your sides. Keep your elbow slightly bent, but straight for the most part.
Q: For social studies I have to write why freedom of the press was important to the abolitionist movement but I don't know what freedom of the press is and the rights it gives us. Can anyone give me and easy to understand description of it?
Freedom of the press gave people the right to publish their opinions in the newspaper, where as in other countries if you published a negative opinion about an important politician or something you could get killed. It was important to the abolitionists because they could speak their minds freely and get their opinions across to others without being restricted.
Q: I am really into photography and want to go to some concerts and take pictures. I have a dslr and everything. I am going to a one direction concert in the summer and really would like to bring my camera. I was planning to get some experience with photographing concerts then get a job taking pictures for a local radio station of something so I could get a press pass. I am 15 would they allow me to have one? Thanks!
Sierra, unless you are already very talented...no one will entertain your desire for a press pass. At an event there is a lot that goes on in the background...the last thing anyone needs is an inexperienced photographer getting in the way. Every teenager dreams of what you are asking...the reality is that photography isn't as glamorous as you imagine...it's hard graft. For a press pass you would be expected to have a complete understanding of photography techniques...it would also help if you had some evidence to support your experience...like student ID...an evening or weekend class in photography would be a great place to start...this helps you meet people that can guide you towards the best route for your goals...camera clubs and photography groups are also a great source of advice and experience...great for building contacts that might be useful in the future. If you want to learn how to photograph concerts or gigs then keep your eyes and ears open for local community events and use these for practice...my reasoning for this is...it helps you realise exactly what goes on in the background to support an event...if you can manage to pull off some decent shots it helps build a portfolio at the same time...if you can't get the shots you dream about then you wouldn't manage to get them at one of your idols concerts either...and you might want to consider your next scheme. If you are determined to go in this direction then ask one of your teachers to help you with your approach and contact a local community newspaper to ask if there would be any chance you could shadow one of their photographers...even a church newsletter is worthwhile experience if it uses your images...you need to start somewhere...not many 15 year olds start with getting a press pass.
Q: I currently attend the gym but cannot always get there. I have just started doing press ups each day that I miss, and I was wondering if press ups every morning was a more productive way of working out than going to the gym 3 days a week. Thanks for the help!
I'm not familiar with press-ups are they pushups, or a form of them? Anyway, whatever they are...they are more than likely only targeting one muscle group. To be productive you shouldn't ignore the rest of your body. Think total body workouts. Also don't forget about cardio. Muscular training provides cardio to some degree...but not enough as actually doing cardio would. Cardio is the key to losing weight...and if that's not your goal, it keeps your heart and lungs healthy. Push-ups are an excellent upper body exercises that engages the chest, biceps, traps, and shoulders. But like I said, don't ignore the rest of the body. Do core exercises (planks, vertical leg crunches, russian twists, etc) and lower body exercises like squats and lunges and variations of them. Don't worry about getting to the gym all the time. All the exercises mentioned require just your own bodyweight (and maybe a dumbbell for the Russian Twist). Also unlike the machines in the gym, they are targeting more than one muscle at a time. Example (A russian twist engages the abs, and the obliques, not to mention the arms, and allow spinal mobility) or you can do three different machines to do the same thing. When you do go to the gym, try incorporating more use of freeweights/stabilty balls/resistances bands/medicine balls instead of just machines. Also doing muscle exercises EVERYDAY is not productive. Allow your muscles at least 24-48 hours to recover. Failure to do so could result in overtraining and injury. Best of luck!
Q: I would like to ask me to do a cold press two outside the top two of the top 160 bore formation pressure stroke sum of at least 30T is 1 meters of trouble to explain how big motor gear pump with much?
Make sure the speed of the cylinder, so as to calculate the flow, and finally determine the power of the motor.
