Q:i have to write a pretend press release for whole foods market in my public relations class. any ideas?
amy is definatley no longer stricken by any style of drink or drug appropriate issues she merely observed herslef in a surprising floor and scared herself stumbled decrease back and the wieght of all that stuff thats meant to be hair made her fall off stability she fell and knocked her self out on the floor :)
Q:What should an athletic 16 year old male about six foot three, that weighs about 160 pounds bench press.
Well, the answer can be subjective since not every one is the same. Generally speaking, you should be able to bench press your own body weight for reps. The build of your physique does affect your bench press as well. For example, a tall lanky guy with longer arms is somewhat at a disadvantage in comparison to a shorty stocky guy with short arms who's range of motion is naturally less.
Q:So I am a biginner at makeup and I was wondering how do you use pressed powder? Like how do you know when you've put enough on and how do you put it on? This is probably a dumb question so sorry if it is. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
Amber and Melissa are both right. Application is much better with a big, fluffy brush. Swirl it around the powder 2-3 times and lightly dust it over your face, focusing on oilier areas like nose/forehead/chin first. If you look cakey you've used too much; you'll be able to tell. If you choose to use the powder puff, pat, don't rub, and wash it out dry it if it starts to look dirty. Revlon's Nearly Naked pressed powder is super fine-milled, looks great, is easy to use and it's inexpensive. Have fun enjoy!
Q:I'm only 18 and started working out a year ago.. I'm 135 pounds and 5'7 and can leg press 170, 205 on hip abductors, but only can do 60 pounds on arm press. I know women are stronger in their legs but is 170 pounds impressive or should I increase my weight more?
yes , if it is possible you can
Q:My brother has been pressing my nose and 2 me it looks wider I'm really upset.
You'd have to press a weight against your nose and strap it around your head for a long time and then stretch your nostrils sideways to make your nose look wide. If you give in to your fear you'll start believing it. If it's really getting wider it's because it's naturally wide, not because your envious brother is pressing it. Punch his nose in if he keeps doing it. If you want, take a photo of your face every week for a few weeks and compare.
Q:Hi there! Okay, I'm doing a square cross stitch design, and at the moment its in an oval frame to keep it tight. But eventually when its finished I'm going to want to frame it, and when I remove the oval, there's going to be the oval crease in it. So how can I combat this? Do I just continue stitching inside the oval until I can't anymore, remove it, do the rest of the design and then iron it afterwards? In the instructions it has got how to press it, face down with the iron on medium, but I just thought I'd double check so I don't make a mess of it in the end. Thanks a lot in advance! :)
I've seen suggestions to use tissue paper between the wooden hoop and the aida cloth. Also do not leave the design inside the hoops when you're not stitching. This gives the cloth a chance to breath, the creases will be more shallow. I love the Q-snap pvc frames, easy to put together and they tend to not leave a crease like wooden hoops. When you iron the creases out, use a damp pressing cloth (but not over the stitching, the colors may bleed).
Q:I'm a 18 year old girl, who works at a dept store. I got into a heated argument with this woman who is probably in her late 40s. The argument escalated and SHE punched me first. That's when we started fighting. I beat her up bad, and when we were stopped she said she would be pressing charges. We are both white women. Can she really press charges even though she through the first punch?
Yes...
Q:I'm a 17 year old girl, I weigh about 160 lbs (5'10''), as of 3 years ago I was leg pressing 250 lbs. But since then I have had ACL surgery (hamstring graft), I now only press 160 lbs. I am an athlete, I do MMA and I am a competitive black belt in Tae Kwon Do. How much should I ideally be pressing?
Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.
Q:I'am struggling with my bench press lately. I use to do 150 now it went down to 135. Are there any other workouts to help increase my bench press back to 150 again?
Do you even lift?
Q:Id like to get my girlfriend a french press as one of her birthday gifts but the problem is I know nothing about them. Every time I do some research I just come across the same few. I'd like to find the best possible so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
i got mine at crate and barrel
