Q: I need help on how to solve my problem: a 100% plugged bathroom sink. Its plugged with years of puke and frosted flakes recently. Nasty i know. Can i buy like a liquid drain all or am i gonna have to call a plumber? Thanks.: If you cannot handle mechanically disassembling the trap and cleaning it out, I would suggest going to Wal-Mart and for about $10 you can get a gallon of Main Line Cleaner. I can pretty much guarantee that will clean the clog but be careful and wear goggles and gloves and if your sink is something you care about you may want to test it and they inconspicuous spot first.

Q: how to unglue a bathroom sink from the wall?: you cant unglue something like that, it can be possible to pry it off the wall if it is sheetrock, the paper on the sheetrock might give before the sink breaks. if it is siliconed around the edges, as some contractors use this as a way to fasten sinks to the wall, then cut it with a utility knife and pry around it as you go. if it is constuction glue on plaster, your screwed unless you have a diamond grinder to cut the wall around the sink and pry it off that way. also, if it is silicone, make sure to cut around the outside edge so you dont tear the paper up the wall

Ive dropped my lenses in the sink before when i coild wear them, i left them to soak over night and they were fine, i no longer however can wear contacts as my eyesight is to bad. Hope this helps

Q: Ok I was washing my bathroom sink with some sort of cleaner and apparently it was not the right kind. Since then the sink does not drain properly (dirty water stays in it for days and days) and there are a million little hairs (from shaving) stuck in the basin. It seems it melted whatever material it is made out of (some kind of ceramic, i think). Not only is it gross and hard to use (I cant run water for very long or it will fill up) but I am also afraid what it is going to cost. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or how much it is going to cost (to be taken out of my apartment deposit)? Thanks.: If you melted it, it will have to be replaced. To unclogged the hair, try a coat hanger push it into the drain and twist it around, do this until you have the clog clear. If it is further down the line remove the P-trap under the sink and clear it from this point.

Since, I have done this I am getting a sewage smell especially when I am running water. What can I do?: It could be just from the pipe its self, rather than sewer gases.Try making sure everything is connected properly. Then if that doesn't do the trick ...if you want try if its plastic PVC pipe soak it in a disinfectant or some type of cleaner to deodorize that trap.....if dont want to go through the trouble, just replace the trap.
