Monthly deals mean that the calls you make are cheaper, each. You agree to pay say ?30 per month for maybe 100 minutes, ringing people. Here's my best advice as a T-Mobile customer for years- Don't deal with customer service on the phone. GO INTO A T-MOBILE STORE! They are awesome. Go in - Take them your phone - tell them your problems - ask your questions - they'll let you know what your options are. It's possible you need a new battery? Last time that happened to me, the store associates GAVE me a new one FREE. You are able to upgrade your phone, but you have to have a good payment history and have had the phone for a certain amount of time (can't remember how long that is).
