Do yourself a favour and pick up a piano book or go to that site that mamianka said. - Try replacing the batteries in the keyboard. When the batteries get low the signal strength can become irregular and weak. If your keyboard is working and the batteries are fine then you should see a bluetooth wizard attempting to connect to your keyboard. Select your keyboard in the wizard and it will connect. If it does not show up in the wizard (or if the wizard does not show up at all) just replace the batteries and see if that helps.

- Why do you need an extra keyboard for your Laptop when you already have an attached keyboard? Well you need an USB Keyboard to connect it with your laptop. The keyboard must have a cable with USB pin. Just plug it in to your Laptop. If it doesn't have an USB pin then you need extra USB docking station through which you an connect the keyboard to that docking station and the wire from that docking station joins the USB in your laptop.
