- The Boost Mobile Phone i855 does not have bluetooth built into the phone. For this reason you will not be able to use any bluetooth earpiece with your phone. In order to use bluetooth earpieces, any phone must have a built in bluetooth feature. Your boost mobile phone i855 does have a built in speakerphone that is hands free meaning you don't have to hold the phone when talking.
- Q:I have a t-mobile cell phone and since I returned home from vacation Sunday, I have noticed that my phone now says ATT as its service, not 'T-mobile.' - It just means you're connecting to an ATT tower instead of to a T-Mobile one. Sometimes that happens because there's an issue with the T-Mobile tower and your phone can't connect to it. (Like if they're working on it right then or it's just busted, which seems to happen often.) If it's giving you better service, that's awesome, so don't bother to ask T-Mobile to put you back on their towers (tech support can do that I think). Roaming on other towers is included on T-Mobile so it's not going to affect your bill at all.

- Hi! I am a new T-Mobile customer, as they recently acquired SunCom (my previous provider). If you are not purchasing the phone directly from T-Mobile, be certain that it is a T-Mobile phone because even though my phone is practically brand new at less than two months old, I can not use all of the features since T-Mobile took over. I do not need the newest/fanciest phones, but I can tell you that I absolutely love Nokia phones. I had/have a Nokia 6103 and I think it is great. The Nokia 6085 is what I have now-it is supposed to be a newer version of the 6103, and they are indeed very similar. T-Mobile has the 6103 but not the 6085, but they do have a Nokia 6086. I would recommend any of these phones. They have voice recorder, camera, video camera, bluetooth, etc. I have them customized in ways that I just can not do with my husband's phone (a Motorola). It might take some time to figure out how to customize it and what settings you want, but you truly can make it YOUR phone. I hope you find the perfect phone! Mine would be, if I could just get a couple features to workthey are supposed to be working out the kinks related to the merger.

- You need to go to the T-Mobile website and sign into your account or if you haven't set up an online account, do so. All cell phone carriers have their sites set up that will show you 1. If you qualify for an upgrade. 2. How much this upgrade will cost. For instance: Sprint lets me get an upgrade every year. Some phones are absolutely free and some I would have to pay a small fee ( such as a 300. phone I might only pay $50). Also, Sprint will let me upgrade after 6 months however, the credit I get is less. At 6 months, I get $50 and then at 8 months $75 and so on.) If you are not computer savvy and cannot find how to do this on your own, call T-Mobile. They will gladly and willingly direct you to their sales department and tell you what you qualify for. - I Work for TMobile. Yes, there is no difference between a PrePay SIM card and a SIM card activated on a contract. There is no difference in the process for us in activating a used phone, or a brand new phone. (Except the SideKick) Just know that PrePay will not allow the data functions to work on Data phones (BlackBerry, Wing, Dash, any windows mobile device.) If it is a SideKick, just let the salesman know, it is a slightly different process, but no big deal. Also, if it is a SK and it was previously registered to someone else, after you activate you have to call 1800.937.8997 and ask for the SK department, then ask them to wipe it clean. - Yes you can reactivate your old Boost Mobile phone. However when you call Boost Customer Care they will ask for your sim card number and phone model number. There will be a extra $10 activation fee to reinstate service since the phone and sim card has previously been activated and cancel. Just let them know that you are giving this cell to your mother. You need to purchase a Boost Re-fill card at any retail store before you re-activate with Boost Mobile again.
