6.Conditions of use
Pumps used in the following conditions should be continuously to work properly:
1. For water pumps suitable medium, medium temperature shall not exceed + 40°C
2. The medium PH value between 6.5 ~ 8.5
3. The volume of medium containing solid impurity is less than 0.1%, the size is not more than 0.2 mm
4. The power frequency 50 hz, voltage for single-phase 220 v, 380 v, three-phase voltage fluctuation range for rating of 0.9 to 1.1 times
5. Diving depth of no more than 5 m, is not suitable for irrigation and drainage of sewage and chemicals.

- When you mean it wont come loose, do you mean you cant break the bolts loose or is the pump stuck on the motor like glue? If the bolts are stuck, try spray them with penetrating oil and let it work in for about 30 mins. If the pump is stuck, use a narrow putty knif, gently tap in between the pump and the block, and pry it off, then clean the mating surface completely to ensure the new pump seals properly.

- Q:First the shop put in a heater core, but it was still leaking and overheating. Next they put in a water pump. - Yea, this engine has the water pump that is driven off of the timing Chain, before removing the pump you have to install a holding tool to keep the timing gears synchronized, If the pump is removed first without installing the tool, the camshaft timing will be out of sync. and that's what probably happened. NOTE: This sounds like an unqualified shop to work on vehicles, if they can't trace a coolant leak! The first thing that should have been done is a CO2 test on the cooling system to see if the vehicle has any hidden head gasket issues. (Good luck)

- If you have a compressor you can connect to the inlet which draws a vacuum, remember to open the outlet side. You can use a hand pump by connecting to inlet side.

- no one knows why some times parts break prematurely.. they just do. most manufactures give u 3to 5 year warranty depending on manufacture. ex. ford only gives you 3 yr on any power train component vs. all japanese motors, honda, toyota and many other give you 5 yrs 60k miles warranty .OJO, for most people do not take that under consideration when buying a new car..... at this point i recommend that you purchase an extended warranty if you can it will save you lots of money..... buy the best.
