Introduction of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series

ISG series single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump is a high-efficient,energy-saving product successfully designed by means of adopting the property data of IS model centrifugal pump and the unique merits of vertical pump and strictly in accordance with ISO2858 world standard and the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 and an ideal product to replace IS horizontal pump, DL model pump and other ordinary pumps.

Features of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series
1. Easy to mount. Because the inlet and outlet is located on the same central line, the pump can be directly mounted on any part of the pipeline just as a valve. Covered with a rain-proof cap, it can be operated outdoors.
2. Impeller mounted directly on the long axis of the motor, pump and motor bearing arrangement is reasonable, pump operation can effectively balance the radial and axial loads, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. Mechanical shaft seal, use of imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium and high temperature mechanical seal with carbide materials, anti-wearing no leakage.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to open pipeline system, the rotation parts of the pump can be pulled out by removing the screws on the pump.
5. According to the needs of flow and head, the pump can be used in series or parallel operation mode.

Working Conditions of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, the maximum pump system working pressure≤1.6MPa, the pump hydrostatic test pressure ≤2.5MPa.

Q:just pulled my well pipe up and installed a new foot valve will i have to fill the pipes back up with water before i can get it to pump
How To Prime A Pump: (Need: Gallon jug of drinking water, a roll of teflon tape, and an adjustable wrench or a pipe wrench.) A. Unplug pump (or cut OFF breaker box at pump, if one). B. Unscrew (counter-clockwise) the largest (3/4) plug on top of pump head. C. Wrap 2-3 flat turns (clockwise only) of teflon tape on threads of plug. D. Pour water into plug hole until full, and quickly start threads of plug by hand. E. Plug in or turn on pump, and finger-tighten plug (air and water will bubble out around threads as you do so) until pump picks up prime. Then wrench-tighten plug when it does. Repeat all steps, if necessary, until you have full water pressure and pump cuts off on its own. Good Luck!
Q:I have a 1997 mercedes 320e and it is leaking very bad. I need a temporary fix for the water pump, so that I can take it to the repair shop that is 10 min. away.
Don't try and don't listen to these idiots telling you to leave the cap off or give it a go. The engine will get hot in much less than 10 minutes and those heads are very lightweight aluminum that don't do well when overheated. Not having pressure in the cooling system is almost as bad as not having water with that engine. The easiest way is to have someone replace the pump on the spot. Otherwise, shell out the $50 for a tow unless you want to risk trashing the engine.
Q:I have a 1990 GMC K1500 Sierra and about 1 week ago I went to check the anti-freeze level. I noticed it was a tiny bit down. So I look down at the lower radiator hose and it had a slow drip. So the next day I changed the anti-freeze, New thermostat, and a New lower radiator hose. So I thought it was fine but yesterday I went to go check the anti-freeze and the level was down. I look at the lower radiator hose and it has a slow drip again. The hose I replace was Brand New. Could this be a water pump? I did notice a tiny bit of anti-freeze on the water pump. Or what could this be or do I have to change the hose again?
here,s what to do. when it,s dripping look under the car and see if it,s running down the hose. it could be coming from the top of the hose like maybe the top clamp is,nt tight enough or it could be coming from the water pump. if it turns out to be the hose then do like i do. i put some ( indian head shellac ) around the inside of the hoses then i put it on. that will stop it from leaking if it,s the hose.
Q:Does anyone know where to find small A/C powered submersible pumps, that operate at 20-25 psi? I can only find D/C pumps for ship use.I need one for running humidifiers and misters for large terrariums
Gonna need more info for this one, start with the usage requirements for the equipment you are supplying. That should give you something to talk about with the local sources. The size of the terrariums and the amount of water in each one, the height that you want to lift the water is another factor to be considered. Be sure to include the diameter of tubing to be used and any special features, fountains, misters, etc. Good Luck
Q:Flow 70 cubic meters per hour; lift 35 meters, choose what standard water pump?
If you want to install simple, you choose vertical single stage pipeline pump, he imports and exports in a straight line above, installation super simple. If the installation does not require, IS ah, GD ah, you can.
Q:Hoping that someone may read this.Broke down yesterday after re-filling coolant when car re-heated and mechanic who rescued us advised that the water pump is leaking and requires replacement. Our local garage have advised that to change the water pump also requires a new camber (?) kit and including both and 3.5 hours labour their total quote is ?315.08.This sounds crazy for changing a water pump - can anyone shed any light and reckon that they may be taking the mickey?Am not technical so wouldn't attempt to do work myself, however if we go back to garage, or to others, I'd like to know exactly what work needs doing. Thanks!
Make sure that they are using ONLY genuine Ford parts and Ford genuine coolant. Anything else is a BIG rip-off. Ford has an exchange program for the pump. THe belt MUST be new, and the coolant from ford will protect for 100,000 miles since it was DESIGNED for YOUR PARTICULAR CAR!!! Don't believe in universal coolants! That is a LIE!!! I have seen many holes in cylinder heads from bad advice and bad coolant. Don't kid yourself. It is pretty much normal to replace the cambelt with the pump, since the pump is part of the tensioning mechanism for the belt. Good LucK!!
Q:1997 Caravelle 1900BR3.0L HO Volvo PentaSX Cobra OutdriveI have a small leak coming from my raw water pump, it is not a continuous stream just a drop every now and then. The best I can tell it is coming from between the shaft and water pump housing. Is there just a small o-ring there? How can this be fixed? We're going to the lake for Memorial Day Weekend. Will I be alright with the small drip for over the weekend? Then I'll fix it when I can get the parts.
Well I don't know what mavrick is smoking but obviously he hasn't got a clue about a raw water pump on a volvo. He probably is on a sail boat. Here it is. There is a non replaceable seal on the shaft in the back of the pump. You have a 12 year old boat. Its time it went bad. The only way to repair it is to replace the pump. If you could get a seal from Volvo ( I will look it up in a minute) You would have to press the shaft out of the pump and this would more than likely end badly . You would end up replacing it anyway. So replace the pump , If it is just a small drip and the engine is not running hot you can run it but there is no telling when it will all of the sudden just disintegrate.
Q:I recently changed the lower unit, and am having no water out the top 2 ports just below the powerhead, also the engine is getting heated up. any other pumps other than in the lower unit?any advice is appreciated.
Both jtexas and mrfixit are experienced mechanics and know their stuff. The exhaust by-pass which your describing as 2 holes, only get a mist of water, most of it comes out at the bottom of the drive. Depending on model it comes out the center of the prop, or through the skeg-fin. The power head should get warm, but not hot enough to cause water to sizzle when you sprinkle some on the heads. Most common problem, is blockage at the top of the water tube, or the thermostat isn't opening. But if your running on a flush attachment, check the water that's coming out at the exhaust area, it should be warm. I hope this helps! Good luck!
Q:Ok i was wondering which is the from hose off of the motor the bottom or top since i thinl my heater core hose are reversed and i only get nuke warm air and not hot and yes ive got a brand new heater core, new anti freese, new thermostat and gaskets and all hoses are clear and not rust in the system
My husband and that i agree 3 hundred%. He has a seventy six with 296,000 mi.-on no account any artwork achieved different than recurring maintenence. I had a sixty 3 that I drove for 19 years and offered back to unique proprietor in 1992-it nevertheless runs large. It had a 327(finely tuned) and have been given 31 mpg hwy. there replaced into room to artwork below the hood, certainly become conscious of factors and do maintenance, or jury rig till an entire restoration replaced into made. Have an 80 5 now and not something yet issues!!! Sorry I enable the sixty 3 pass-he won't area with it. the only progression in extra present day is stereo, no longer the automobiles themselves. a visit to wrecking backyard will demonstrate extra extra present day ones than older. information do no longer lie. save your truck!!!
Q:my heater in my 94 ford ranger went out about a month ago today i flushed the heater core and it worked for a while and started going out again after i was driving for 15 to 20 mins. the hose going into the heater core was warm but coming out wasnt. could it have gotten clogged again or could it be something else.
your right on the problem so to really figure it out take the hose off or lose enough to make a mess and see it flowing. Take it off at the water pump thats where it comes out at. the water pump pumps water into the radiator or up, not the other way around.
