Conventionally, the discharge of domestic sewage in the construction basement, when sewage is unable to flow into sewage pipeline by gravity itself, there shall be provided with sewage collecting basin and sewage pump to discharge it to outdoor manhole. But this type of sewage discharge embodies many drawbacks in practical application, such as dirt easily deposited and clogged, need of regular manual cleaning, sewage pump often blocked and damaged by impurities, pollution to ambient environment by the foul smell during cleaning, and so on. Therefore, this type of sewage discharge has been proven nonideal.

WQP sewage powerful discharge equipment is a new generation product developed by our technical R&D personnel. It takes into consideration of the practical application conditions on site and focuses on the objectives to be economical, practical, environmental friendly and highly effective. It uses its filtration function to make the impurities and solid particles contained in sewage well stopped in impurity depositing chamber. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump start, sewage pump will be started to discharge the water in tank and the impurities in depositing chamber together into outdoor manhole. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump stop, sewage pump will stop. Here, a cycle of sewage discharge is completed. Every time in the process of discharge, the impurities inside depositing chamber can be cleared once. This has avoided impurity deposit and regular manual cleaning. As impurity does not go through the sewage pump, so that there cannot be any damage to pump caused by clogging. This equipment has been greatly favored by both new and regular customers.

Q:What is the current of the pump when it is started?
When the motor starts, the rotor changes from a prohibited state to a rotating state, requiring a great torque, and the current must increase. When the pump starts, because there is water, it is started with load, and the current will be greater.
Q:need a new water pump?
It is very easy and straightforward. The hardest part is the fan clutch unless you have the proper tools. You have that part covered. DO NOT USE ANY SILICONE SEALER!!!!! Be sure all traces of old gasket are removed and install the new gasket dry. Use an anaerobic sealer on the wet bolts. Those are the ones that are through drilled into the water passages. Clean off the threads then use a light coat of sealer. I use either Permatex (brown stuff in the tube) or pipe joint dope. Now is also a great time to flush the system, replace thermostat, and drive belt(s).
Q:Do I need a water pump or is it something else wrong with my car?
Another possibility: The Upper intake manifold could be leaking coolant into the engine. In other words, it is not an external leak. The leak is caused by the EGR valve actually melting the manifold, right by a coolant passage in the intake manifold. Again, check for milky oil (it'll look like dark butterscotch pudding....no really!). But be careful....a shady mechanic may tell you its a blown head gasket and it could just be this problem. If at all possible, have it checked out. If he says Blown head gasket, ask him to remove the upper intake only so that you can see it....there will be coolant and milky oil all over the top of the lower intake manifold if it's the upper intake problem. If it's diagnosed as a blown head gasket, this coolant/oil WON'T be there. The repair involves replacing the upper intake manifold completely, not just a gasket. Good Luck....

sorry but you need to let a pro do this, you could of easily blown your head gaskets(MAJOR MONEY), running it hot, good luck, oil changes has nothing to do with the coolant problem, even if they topped off the antifreeze they would charge you and tell you, and if they left the cap off the coolant resivoir, it wouldnt steam and smoke out of the exhaust, good luck
Q:Was my timing belt or water pump replaced incorrectly?
It sounds fishy for sure. These repairs should not take so much time and if the timing belt is not synched correctly it can affect mileage. I suggest a second opinion by a pro.
Q:Water pump pressure relief vavle?
Your friend is full of it. There is no water pumper pressure release valve. When the preasure is high the radiator cap spring compresses and allows water back into the overflow.
Q:Can centrifugal pumps be idle? What's the status of the empty transfers?
