- 8 sheets and I'm going to say 3/4 plywood, now a days called 23/32 but a lot depends on whats under the floor now? Sub Floor? Joists? What are your final intentions as far as finished flooring are? Carpet? tile? Is it a mobile home or pier and beam construction? feel free to email with any more questions but anyhow it will take 8 sheets and 3/4 is the way to go, and more than likely is what is there now!!
