- It can be irritating to their sensitive eyes and noses. I recommend Carefresh; I've been using it for my pigs for six years and it's the best I've used. It's odorless, dust-free and doesn't need to be changed as often as other bedding brands I've used.

- Yes, the bed stand (frame) is used so you are not sleeping on the floor, having a frame lifts the bed, so that getting in and out of bed is easier. When it comes to bugs, it does not matter if your bed is on a frame or on the floor, if the bugs want to get in your bed to sleep with you they will...lol On the floor off the floor it is all a matter of preference. Some people like their beds on the floor they feel it gives them more stability, and makes the bed firmer. When the bed is on a frame and if you move around a lot the bed will shift a little easier than if it was on the floor. Do not worry about what anyone thinks you are the one sleeping in your bed, so whatever makes you more comfortable is what you should do!

- I had a bunk bed as a kid and I worked at a summer camp with bunk beds and my hair kept getting caught in the springs. So if you get one make sure the top (meaning when you're sitting on the bottom) is solid. I would keep the full size bed though if you have the room for it. Bunk beds can be fun, but I personally don't think they're all that comfy.

- I used to live in the furniture industry. As far as I know, the 1.8 meter bed refers to a bed with a width of 1.8 meters. It is the inner diameter. 1.8 meters of mattress, between 2-2.1 meters, of course, now popular custom, length may not be this range.Different style of bed, size is not the same, such as the European style bed, the bed is very complicated, far more than the width of 1.8 meters, and the bed tail have different modification than would a narrow bed, bed head and tail length that is not necessarily.
- Q: Is it possible to transform 2 identical single beds into bunk beds? Also is it safe to do?
- You would need to drill at minimum 1/2 inch holes (Centered) into the tops of the bed posts on one bed then into the bottom of the legs on the other. Glue wooden dowels or (iron or steel pins) into the holes connecting them together, Make certain the drill used is the correct size to ensure the dowels are a tight fit. Secure ALL other connection points with metal brackets and you should be good to go. Last thing you need is for the bed to come apart, so secure everything that connects together as though the bed came as one piece. If the beds have slats that support the box springs make sure to secure them too. Basically secure everything to ensure it stays together. If the head and foot boards are of different heights you'll need to cut them to uniform height. Safe is relative to how solid the beds are, so use good judgment before proceeding. BTW...I did it when my kids were younger and it worked perfectly. I worked roughly 10 years repairing furniture so that should count for something I hope.
