FAQ about Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the  tower crane ?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: How to choose tower crane in engineering, such as arm length and lifting weight?
1, according to the general layout plan on the mechanical layout requirements to determine. The tower crane's arm length should be swept to the required area, otherwise the worker's formwork and materials can not be transported vertically. (tower crane is the main tool to solve vertical transportation, and auxiliary tools are derricks and double cage elevators)2. After a project has been obtained, it is important to design the layout plan of the field machinery at first. It determines the position of the tower crane and uses several tower cranes, etc. it also conforms to the requirements of economic rationality.3, we should take into account the location of the tower crane, but also take into account the length of the tower crane, but also to meet the requirements of the site construction schedule.
Q: Okay, like a week ago I caught a daddy long legs (a crane fly) in my room with a mug and an envelope and I just left it there, when I removed it there were loads of little black dots on the envelope, I didn't really think about it cos I figured it was the coffee that was inside the mug or something. I got rid of most of them but didn't go out of the way if you know what I mean... And now there are loads of TINY little flies in my room. Could these be baby crane flies? Or something else? And if so how the hell do I get rid of them before they get huge and start reproducing all over again?!
Crane flies reproduce in summer, but the eggs take 2-3 weeks to hatch, not to mention the time they spend as larvae, so if you caught it last week it doesn't sound like that would be the case. I would call an exterminator to get their opinion.
Q: In the U.S. please and tell me where and how you got the number. Thanks!!!
There are so many overhead cranes in operation today in the US and around the world. They could be numbering in tens of thousands in industries and other operations. An overhead crane, commonly called a bridge crane, is a type of crane found in industrial environments. An overhead crane consists of parallel runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap. A hoist, the lifting component of a crane, travels along the bridge. If the bridge is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on a fixed rail at ground level, the crane is called a gantry crane (USA, ASME B30 series) or a goliath crane (UK, BS 466). Unlike mobile or construction cranes, overhead cranes are typically used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications, where efficiency or downtime are critical factors. Have a pleasant day.
Q: Absolutely bs. I hope a crane falls on ALL these effin construction workers and their families and the building executives' heads. Let THEM have family members die or get hurt from these accidents - then they will get what's coming to them. They should all burn in hell. Total greed total total greed. They will pay
the inspectors are only partly to blame. In most cases they are inspecting something they don't have a clue as to how it works. The building inspectors i believe were the ones in charge of the n.y.c. inspections. they can only see the obvious problems. the rest must be caught during the yearlies or during mobilization of the machine!
Q: I've heard of people making 1000 origami cranes as a wedding gift or decoration. I am making them as a gift for my sister-in-law and her husband, whose new baby is due next month. I'm up to 730, so I need to keep plugging away! My question is how should I display them? I've heard of putting them in a gallon jar. I was also thinking of making strings of 100. Do you put the string through the pointy part on the back? Can I arrange them into a mobile? Any ideas would be appreciated.
What the heck?! One thousand origami cranes?! Whoa! Your fingers must be sore, you poor thing! Good work! I could never have that patience and endurance. This is what to do. Pick a room - any room they use often, like a living room - and swathe the whole thing in white curtains and drapes and tablecloths. Then spread the cranes out. Artistically perch them on shelves and rim the couches with them and arrange them in circle and diamond patterns on the coffee table. Make the whole room a sea of origami cranes, and then put up a big sign in the middle: CONGRATULATIONS! Or you could make a pi?ata. When whacked, the pi?ata will explode into one thousand origami cranes. Or put them all in a bucket on the rim of a door that is slightly ajar. When they fling it open, the buckets will dump a tremendous shower of paper onto their heads! Attach a bucket to a rope so that the buckets don't clank onto their heads and hurt them.
Q: I am currently an electrical apprentice but would like to become a crane operator. Something i have always wanted to become. I was wondering what the job market is for a tower crane operator vs a mobile crane operator? Also what is the salary comparison? Also how to get my foot into the door and become one. Thank you!
You have to be able to do simple trig to figure what your crane is capable of. You will have to become a member of the crane workers union. Someone may have to die to make a space for you. You may have to take jobs that are just fork lift qualified, if you are lucky, you might find work at seaports unloading cargo ships. You may have to work your way up through the ranks as a wrecking ball operator. The very lucky will make 50-60K +. The really good ones will make more only after many years.
Q: what does dog everything mean in crane lift lingo?
i think it means to stop.
Q: Any difference?
The crane part can be identical, but the vehicle part differs: in the former case it's a road-going (even multi-axle) truck, in the latter case it's an off-road vehicle with oversize all-terrain tires and appropriate traction and transmission capabilities. In either case, the vehicle must be stabilized on adjustable hydraulic struts before hoisting.
Q: I have a Manfrotto/Bogen 055XB tripod that says it supports up to about 15lbs. The crane I'm looking into getting is the Glidecam Camcrane 200 which says it has a payload of up to 30lbs. depending on the height. What would happen if I were to use this crane with my tripod?
Please let me know where you will be so I can capture the video of your camera crashing to the ground. Because you overloaded the tripod, there will be no warranty coverage for anything. Yes, they can tell. ++++++++++++ I realized I had not provided an alternative... the crane specs also specify Camcrane 200 mounts on the 3/8 standard bolt found on the majority of medium and heavy duty tripods an
