Main Features of Tower Crane

1) This series of tower cranes, ranging from QTZ40 to QTZ400 has a horizontal jib frame, a jib-trolley radius-changing mechanism and a hydraulic self-raising mechanism. It is original in design, reliable in operation and satisfactory in shape. Equipped with all necessary safety devices, these cranes show a good speed-control capacity, satisfactory operating stability and high work efficiency. They can be widely used for the construction of high-rise hotels, residential buildings, high-rise industrial buildings, large-span factory buildings and tower-like buildings like tall chimneys.

2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.

4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..

FAQ about Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the  tower crane ?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: i am making a wired crane robot to pick and drop a wooden block of about 5*5*10cm dimension. I would like to know wat r the different possible lifting mechanisms by which i can lift the wooden block.Ideas other than the normal claw shaped lifters
There are different attachments that you can put on the end of your crane to pick up this block. You can make a set of forks (like a forklift) that would slide under the block (block would have to be elevated on a skid). You can pick up this block with a suction cup. You can also pick up the block by clamping the sides of the block by replicating a scissor type mechanism.
Q: They seem to be the tallest thing around, so what put them up?
They are self-elevating. They jack themselves up. It was the invention of the self-elevating crane and the self service elevator which made popular tall buildings. In older cities, such as Paris, the height of a building was limits by the number of flights of stairs people were willing to climb.

Q: What are the components of a tower crane? What are its main technical parameters? What is lifting torque?
2 tower cranes (tower crane) referred to as tower cranes, also known as tower cranes, originated in Western europe. A revolving crane mounted on top of a tall tower. The working space is large, mainly used for the vertical and horizontal transportation of materials and the installation of building components during the building construction. It consists of three parts: metal structure, working mechanism and electrical system. The metal structure includes the tower, the boom and the base. The working mechanism has four parts, lifting, luffing, turning and walking. The electrical system consists of motors, controllers, power distribution cabinets, connecting lines, signals and lighting devices, etc..Has a good safety device 3, tower crane, such as lifting weight limiter, amplitude limiter, height limiter and load torque limiter limiting device, and travel limit switchestower lights wind instrument, wind clip rail device ladders athletic supporter circlewalkways and railings. The driver's cab is comfortable, easy to operate, with good vision and perfect communication facilities.
Q: The cantilever part has to stay at least 6-12 inches off the ground.
Then how are you interlocking the popsicle sticks? Most projects like this allow for thread and glue. OK.. so you can glue them and, I assume, cut them. Use a truss system made out of small pieces of split sticks to build and strengthen the support of your crane and make that long arm out of a series of sticks that form an interlocking triangle when you look into the arm. Stagger the triangle pieces so that no two joints are in the same location and then glue small splints to the inside of the long pieces.at ecah of those joints. If you have no weight limit and the support column will hold it, consider filling the triangle with a coating of glue.. be sure to allow several days for it to dry. That way the glue will also add an element of strength Take your tme, use a strong glue if you have that option - like Gorilla Glue, ,and build it in sections. Be sure to let the glue dry fully before moving on to the next stage. For the triangle portion, you can use thread to bind the pieces into a triangle shape until the glue dries and then remove the thread and use light sand paper to remove any residue. for the counterweight of the cantilever, fashion a small box out of pieces of sticks and fill it with a dense glue. As the glue hardens and compacts add more glue. When the glue has fully dried, remove the sticks unless you are still within your 150 count. That way the glue serves two functios and your instructions do not prohibit this. Hope that helps
Q: Hey,My grandma has a big country estate with a river and its her birthday coming up. She's indicated she might like another peacock (we've had them before), but I'm thinking of branching out into other birds. We tried Lady Amerhursts pheasants, but one of the dogs knocked over their cage before they were properly acclimatised and they disappeared. So, does anyone know if its possible to get storks or cranes or other big waterbirds to keep as domestics? They'd be free ranging on the estate and the river, so need to be smart about foxes and mink (ie roost in trees or go into a house). We've kept geese and ducks successfully on our river like this, so does anyone have any ideas?Or should we try again with pretty pheasants?
Depends on where you live ? Stick to Ornamental Pheasants or Ducks,Storks and Cranes, need to be penned in at night because you will have to pinion them to prevent them flying. Try some Golden Pheasants for a try ,Lady Amherst are becoming a rare commodity and are quite expensive,if you have Foxes and Mink, then no matter what you get you will have problems these two predators.
Q: I've read significance and accordance online. But i can't find a source for defiance, I used epub bud for the other two books but this book isn't on the website. Is there anyway I can read defiance by Shelly Crane online for free?

Q: Two cranes can unload a ship together in 8 hours. The faster crane takes 12 hours less than the slower crane, if each were to unload the same ship alone. How long does it take for each crane to unload this ship?
I'm surprised by how difficult and convoluted the other answers are. They're also wrong. If two cranes are working together and one crane can, in fact, do the job in two hours, then it cannot possibly take longer than two hours with the help of another crane. That makes no sense just by simple reasoning. So the answer of 2 and 14 hours is not correct. Not even close, really. Here's the simple, neat, and correct approach using basic algebra with no assumptions necessary or made: If crane 1 can unload at a rate1/x per hour, then crane 2 can unload at 1/(x+12) per hour since it takes 12 hours longer. The two cranes combined, unload at 1/8 per hour, which must be faster than either one alone. Example: If I can eat a pie in 3 hours and you can eat a pie in 6 hours: 1/3 + 1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2, so together we can eat a pie in just 2 hours... less time than either one alone. Makes sense. Back to the cranes, then: 1/x + 1/(x+12) = 1/8 (2x+12) / (x^2 + 12x) = 1/8 16x + 96 = x^2 + 12x x^2 - 4x - 96 = 0 (x - 12) (x + 8) = 0 - x = 12 or -8 Since the rate cannot be -8, the answer is x = 12 Crane A can unload all by itself in 12 hours. Crane B can do it in 24 hours, and together they can do it in just 8 hours. Check: 1/12 + 1/24 = 3/24 = 1/8 Their combined rate is, indeed, 1/8 per hour!
Q: What should the sub contractor do before the installation of the bridge crane in the workshop?
Baidu search [tower crane tower demolition, lowering section safety technical disclosure]. If it is installed, remove the "two words" to "installation", and other contents are adjusted slightly.
Q: i am not trying to say all one has to do is read and never go to a class this is more or less a suplement to my training, by no means all of it so don't get mad at me for asking about a martial arts book pleasethanks in advance ansewers community
