2 separate issues. The fact you have permission legally to cash them does not mean you meet the requirement of the institution to agree to cash them at all. Stick with HER banks

1. kva is NOT equal to kw. 2. transformers are rated in amps, per phase 3. If it is an existing building use a clamp ammeter to measure the load. Repeat this during the day. The highest load is usually around 11am in summer hot days. 4. if it is not an existing building, check the CURRENT draw of all appliances, fluorescent lights and so, and add up. Buildings have lousy power factors from fluorescent lighting and electronic equipment (computers and such) which would make kva twice as high as kw. . .

Make sure your bank account is yours alone and that no one has any way into it. You have 24/7 access to it and can view and move money around and pay bills at anytime. Q:A company based out of Dallas,TX has somehow acquired my account number and has charged me for 26.90.That 26.90 has put me into a deficit of 35 additional dollars. I live in North Carolina and have never heard of this company, never authorized any charges for anything, and never been contacted by them.I have attempted several times to call them and I receive no reply.I left several voice mails and for a company that says on the phone that it's hours are 9-5CST, I find it quite disturbing that no one in their customer service department is available every time I call. What can I do? Also, my bank has already taken 277.68 from my monthly disability check of 541.00. So I have to get by on 260 this month? How's it legal for them to garnish my wages like that? Shouldn't only the IRS have that power? Would a suit stand in court against my bank because of this garnishing of my wages?

Contact the bank and inform them of the disputed account if it an ACH or Debit transaction and they can investigate and issue a temporary credit and new account number if applicable. As far as taken 277, it depends what for. If it is to pay legitimate fees, yes they can collect the funds. As far as suing, you probably could, but all you would be eligible for is the 26.90, the 35.00 fees that were caused by it and any filing costs for the suit. Not worth it probably. If its truly illegitimate activity the bank will pursue fraud charges

If you have power of attorney, you have the legal right to do anything that that person can do. Its kinda like being that person. So, yeah, are are allowed to do that.

Now im going to change it and i want to know if the power of attorney paper will be invalid if they see my maiden last name when it is already changed to my married last name. You have a marriage license to prove your maiden name belonged to you when the document was written. A Power of Attorney is accepted by banks and can be used without question for 10 years. After that, it is a good idea to get it updated. When your husband returns, you can have your name changed on the document, but for right now, it should be valid just like it is.
