- Answer isit depends on what the grantee granted. Powers of Attorney can over any number or areas. It will be specified in the powers granted. Yes, they can if they have been granted those rights/powers.
- Q: I work at citizens bank and I hate it. I used to be so nice to the customers and now I just think every customer is just plain dumb. You deposit in the atm during saturday and then come cry to me about a check that is hold thinking i have the power to just hit a button and make it availiable.

- Short answer: No (in terms of does your bank deposit add to M0) Longer answer: M0 (the monetary base) is only change when the Fed creates money out of thin air (usually) by buying T-Bill, or destroying money by (usually( selling T-Bills The deposit multiplier is in effect when your bank loans money from your deposit, which may be redeposited, then reloaned, and so forth. Money that your bank transfer to the federal reserve does not affect either M0 or M1 or M2

- Solar dishes are not used to drive photovoltaic cells. You collect the solar radiation direct on the photocells. And usually feed that power to a battery bank for storage until needed. Solar dishes concentrate the solar energy to be used either to warm water ( for heating ) or to boil water, for electricity production, which again is usually stored in battery banks. For large scale ( 40,000 homes is large ) it might make sense to store the energy as GPE in a high level lake ( called pumped storage ) or as molten salt and you would then need a grid to distribute the energy to those who need it. Note that the grid itself does not store any energy, so the choice you are given , grid , or battery bank, doesn't make sense. They do not do the same job.

- Depends on if you also maintain a power grid connection, and other factors. Without the grid connection, you need a huge and very expensive, bank of batteries, hundreds of them. You have to have the capacity to handle days (or weeks) when the wind is not blowing. If you have a grid connection, you can sell power to the power company and buy from them when there is no wind, you buy from them. If you have enough capacity, you have a net gain, and are using the power company as a storage facility. Go through the numbers. If your power consumption averages 1.2 kW, the US national average, for one day capacity, you need 1.2 kW x 24 hours 30 kW-hours. That costs US$3 from the power company. But for batteries, you would need 30 large lead acid deep discharge lead acid batteries, at about $300 each, total $10k. For many days, multiply that up. Four days, that is $40k worth of batteries. Bottom line, you need to know your average power consumption. And you need how many hours a week you get wind in the range the wind turbine can handle. For example, if the turbine is turning average 6 hours a day, and your average usage is 1.2 kW, then you need a capacity of 4 x 1.2 kW 5 kW. Plus extra for losses in batteries and inverters, probably 7 kW overall.

- No it is not advantageous to have a separate entity controlling the entire economy through the decisions of one supreme chairman. The Federal Reserve was created by the Progressive movement in the early 1900's and has way too much power over interest rates and how much currency to keep in circulation. It leaves the entire economy at the mercy of the decisions made by the Fed. How many back room deals are being made with those who would have a one world government for personal gain?

- Air conditioning compressors are poor candidates for battery power as they take a huge amount of amperage to start. Like the other person said, there is nothing to be gained from this unless the batteries are charged from something other than A/C power.
