1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: Just bought a new manual tile cutter, but it didn‘t come with instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

- Q: Have you used the marble tiles, the quality, the price?
- In the choice of floor tiles, the focus should be considered such a few aspects: First, look at the brand. Only the well-known brands of floor tiles, the quality of its building materials to meet the national standards, the content of harmful substances in the safe range. Second, to see its anti-fouling ability, if the family are very busy, two or three days to clean a health, it would choose to better defrost capacity. Third, if the home has the elderly and children, then the purchase must be made about non-slip test.
- Q: How do you tile anyway? thank you
- I will go with Rob on this one. Yes, it's possible using epoxy-based adhesives. However, unless you have a lot of experience doing this, it won't look right, especially if you are doing walls and have exposed edges. How are you planning on finishing the edges? Have you accounted for the decreased room dimensions? There are way too many variables. Rip it out and start over. There is a good chance that you may have to go down to stud as drywall tends to pretty much get trashed when you take tile off of it. When I remodel a bath and am re-laying all the tile, I ALWAYS take it to stud and start over. It saves time in the long run and in my business, time is money.
- Q: hello, this is my first tile and grout job, tiling is done now for grout. bought premixed grout, rubber float, sponge, started grouting last night, put grout on the float and applied to the tile. pushed it into the space between tiles, but it seems like alot fell off in the tub (its in the spaces between tiles) but is this normal for the grout to fall off the wall (i guess it would be considered excess?) but is that normal no sure how applying grout is suppose to look? i know i need to let it sit for 24hrs then do clean up then seal it when done. plz let me know if that grout falling in tub is normal or am i doing something wrong? ( grout is in the grout line though) just looks like alot is falling, or am i useing to much at one time? don‘t know? thx again for any info. mike
- it is practically unavoidable not to make a mess when grouting tile on vertical walls (unless you are a pro). . .but, just like anything else, the more you do it, the more efficient you become. I wouldn't worry too much, as long as your joints are completely full. One concern would be the 24 hour wait period to clean up. . . After you fill your joints with grout it helps to hold your float at almost a 90 degree angle to wipe off the excess grout on the tile. The more you can wipe off, the easier it will be to clean. I usually start sponging with clean water after about 10-15 minutes after the joints are filled (depending on joint width). Fill a 5 gallon bucket with clean water and continue sponging the excess grout off the tile and cleaning your sponge as you do it. Once you are satisfied with how clean the tile is, let it set for another 30-45 minutes. There will be a light grout film or haze on the tile. Take a cheesecloth or the inside of a sock and wipe off the haze. . .wait a day or two then seal it. But, I certainly wouldn't wait 24 hours to clean the tile, it may be too late.
- Q: The classification of various tiles and the specific process
- Tiles in accordance with its production process and characteristics can be divided into glazed tiles, quintana brick, polished tiles, tiles and mosaic. Glazed tile glazed tiles is the brick surface of the brick after the glaze treatment. It is based on the raw materials, can be divided into two kinds: ceramic glazed tiles, that is, made from clay, water absorption is high, the intensity is relatively low. According to the local soil distinction, there are red soil also white (yellow) soil. Porcelain glazed tiles, that is made of porcelain clay, low water absorption, the intensity is relatively high. Its main feature is the back of the color is gray. According to the different gloss, can also be divided into the following two: bright glazed tiles, suitable for manufacturing "dry Net "effect. Matte glazed tiles, suitable for manufacturing" fashion "effect. The surface of the quintana brick body is not glazed, and the front and back of the material and color consistent, hence the name. Quintana bricks are a kind of wear-resistant tiles, although there are varieties such as seepage through the whole body, but relatively speaking, its color than glazed tiles. As the current interior design more and more tend to plain design, so the whole body tiles are increasingly becoming a fashion, is widely used in the hall, aisle and outdoor walkways, etc. Decoration of the ground, generally less will be used in the wall, and most of the anti-skid brick are all bricks.
- Q: I need to repair my shower, about 6 tiles fell off. I‘m currently drying the drywall with a fan. Whats the best way to glue tile back on the wall?
- First of all I would look at the wall behind where the tile has came off. If your house is old or installation was poor they may not have the proper material behind the tile, as in the wall. If it is sheetrock, no wonder! You need either greenboard or dur-rock behind it that is the code. Anyways, once you find this out see if it's only sheetrock behind it, it won't do you any good to stick em back up. Which if the material behind is fine than just get some match stick at home depot that's cheap but creates a nasty mess. Or grab a small bag of thinset which you mix with water or some will require an extra additive which will be where ever you go for the thin set. You can get this stuff at Home Depot or Lowes while your there I 'd grab a trowel with 3/8 knotch spacers and your grout. Hopefully all of the peices were full peices. If not your gonna have to borrow a hand held maquita or cutter or saw. Make sure your rows with trowel are even with through out your spread. If you are using thinset, you have to apply thinset to wall and tile. Obviously you stick the tile first grab some sort of extra scrap to spread them appropriately. Wait a day for the thinset to set up and the next day pull out your wedges or spacers and grout. Good luck. Chic

- Q: IAM REDOING MY KITCHEN FLOOR. IS PEEL STICK TILE GOOD FOR THE PROJECT N WILL IT LAST? THANKS
- peel and stick tiles, are very good.the main thing you have to make sure is that the floor is clean and that the tile will stick.
- Q: Hi, I`m planning a bathroom remodel soon, and I want to use the same floor tiles as before - they are beautiful! But I just can`t find them anywhere (we bought this house recently and the previous owner did the remodel, and we can`t get hold of him any more). If anyone recognizes them, I`d be really grateful if you could point me in the direction of where to find them. Thank you SO much!Further info: the tiles are a fraction under 4 square and are a kind of gray-based quartz or granite (not sure of the difference, sorry!) with flecks of aquamarine and blue that give it an overall pale blue hue. They sit between plain white tiles with the corners shaped to accept the smaller blue squares.I`ve looked in Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and online but so far no luck :( !
- You will have to contact a company and request a catalog of their tiles that they manufacture. After a run of tiles are made the next run will not be the exact same to match. It's very possible that no manufacturing tile company is still making the tile. With the wear and glaze that the tile has it would be impossible to get a match. I suggest that you shop for tiles that will enhance and blend with what you have and you may even use hard wood and tile aquamarine color that will pull the color hue from your present tile. The hardwood and tiles are beautiful. Hope this helps. Interior Decorator. Jo Ann
