—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q: How many tiles measuring 450mm x 450mm do i nedd to cover an area of 6m x 2m?: As has been said you need 60 tiles, however if there is cutting involved the experts advise adding a 10% breakage allowance so consider buying another 6 as spares.

Q: Our kitchen has vinyl tile squares from the 70‘s for the floor. Underneath that is terrazzo (sp?) and nothing else. They are proving to be a massive pain in the butt to remove so I was wondering if we even really need to. They are very thin and very stuck. Can we just skip tearing them out and go ahead with the new ceramic tile install?: Lowe's will sell you a scraper on a long handle (replaceable blades on the good one) with a 10 inch or so width. Heat with a torch, then scrape up. Worth doing it right, if worth doing at all. If you put tile over laminate, you'll be really mad at yourself when you have to remove tnd throw away all that money and work a year or so from now.

In that case you can use 6 x 6 or 9 x 9 tiles. Another thing you might try is doing an internet search for places that sell discontinued vinyl tile. Someone must buy the remaining stock of discontinued tile to sell.

Q: My husband and I are going to redo a very small, four by four, half bath over Thanksgiving weekend. I‘ve picked up bits and pieces of advice about installing the marble floor tiles I‘ve bought, but I want to make sure I have the right advice before starting this or buying anything:Tile must be sealed both before and after installing, and the best sealer is Sealers Choice Gold. This will seal both the tile and the grout. Preinstall sealing should be done after cutting, not before. Even today, in an age of much simpler and less expensive options, marble remains synonymous with elegance and class. Q: I am looking at purchasing a home but on the disclosure form from the seller, it shows that there is asbetos tiles on the basement floor.I know asbetos is a problem but in this case how much would it cost to remove it? should this be a deal breaker?: The disclosure form is making you aware of the problem. You can do one of two things. You can require the tile is removed by THEM before you purchase the home (before closing) or you can get some estimates to have it removed and ask for a reduction in price by at least that amount. Or you could just walk away from the deal. If there's asbestos tile on the floor there is likely to be asbestos in the walls along with lead base paint if the house is old. I would probably walk away unless you can ABSOLUTELY have the rest of the house tested for those qualities. They may exist and that's why the owners are selling. Those are just my thoughts

Q: I absolutely hate the tile in our main bath, its coming up and in a few places there is no grout, so its basically looks awful. The bathroom is my dogs fav place to be and i am constantly sweeping the gobs of hair that get in the cracks. Are there any suggestions for an eay fix? How much trouble would it be to just fill the cracks with grout and put stick tile over it? Would that be a ridiculous idea?: .. The tile is loose.. hence the grout coming up and tile.. No real easy way to fix..One POSSIBLE solution is to remove all loose tile.. Some may be still bonded. Fill with a self leveling compound and redo with a self stick tile ( this is a temporary fix) and let the dogs have the room back. Or put a sheet vinyl down over the repaired surface using a floating type vinyl that requires no glue. Best is to take it all out and start new, using new tile or sheet vinyl.. GL

Q: I want to buy lenulim tiles for bathroom. how can I measure how many do I need? and should I start putting in from the center? is there a link to watch? thanks.: If you are using large 1ft square tiles, and your friend did a bad job on the the mosaic tiles I wouldn't suggest doing it. The weight of the tiles may loosen the the smaller tiles causing the larger tiles to fall. This could be dangerous in a shower or bathtub area. The tiles may shatter leaving sharp little shards of tile everywhere, including in the flesh of anyone nearby. I was going to put 16 x 16 tiles in my shower area, and a contractor said I better be sure the wall above the shower is secure because if one came loose and hit me in the head it would not be good. I went with little 1 x 1 tiles on the ceiling with larger tiles on the wall. Whatever you put up is only going to be as secure as what's behind it. Just my opinion, but for safeties sake, I would remove the old tile and start over. Remember, there is never enough time or money to do it right the first time, but there is ALWAYS enough time and money to do it over!!!

Q: The hammer took a chip out of one tile, the chip is about the size of a pencil eraser. I‘m just heartbroken as we just had this tile installed 12 days ago! Is there any way to fix this- short of replacing the tile? I‘ve already bought a rug that will cover the hole but I‘d still like to fix it if I can. Q: Wondered what people‘s experiences were of the above in kitchens. The kitchen leads out into the back garden so the floor will be walked on an awful lot. Would flooring last or look as good after a year or would tiles be the way to go. Any info would be great before I make a purchase.Thanks: If you compare cost, tile flooring seems costlier than wooden flooring. The cost depends entirely on the quality of the materials. Sometimes, wooden flooring can be costly too if the woods are of top quality. And if you compare the life of wooden and tile flooring, I believe it depends on how you use and care. If you can care it properly, it will last longer. So, overall I would say that both the materials can be good for the kitchen whether it’s wooden or tile flooring. It depends on your requirement such as the kind of style or decoration you want in your kitchen.
