What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1) PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.

Usually around 1 to 2 months. Samples and stocks are as fast as 1 work day to 1 week.
What's your guarantee for the quality?
Usually one year after shipment against manufacturing defect, but our furniture can be used for more than 10 years when properly maintained.
- Q: are sofa tables and coffee tables the same? if not whats the difference?
- A sofa table is generally a tall long table that is set BEHIND a sofa that stands in the middle of a room (rather than against the wall). They are usually 48 to 72 long, about 30 or 32 tall and maybe 12 deep. A coffee table is a low table that goes in FRONT of the sofa. they can be any shape or size but are usually no higher than the seat of the sofa, about 20 tall.
- Q: which can be used every day instead of a regular bed? I heard that 4 inch matresses are uncomfortable, and also, many of these convertables fall apart quickly if used daily.
- there's a microfiber sofa at pier one stores this season that the salespeople swear is the most comfortable sofa bed ever. i haven't bought it, but have visited a few stores and they all say it. it retails for $699 also consider a mattress topper ( maybe 4 inch memory foam). it's usually thin enough to fold right in with the bed when you need to convert back to sofa.

- You can pay outright for a sofa but I don't think you can give them cash. They never gave me the option to anyway. A cheque or debit transaction is fine. So you can pay in a lump sum or over a period of X amount of years. I just brought a Dfs sofa and they are a bunch of con artists. I waited four months for delivery and then my sofa wouldn't fit through the front door (it's a regular-sized door - I don't know what castles they've been delivering to) so I refused the delivery (didn't fancy building an extension around the sofa). Went back at the weekend and they refused to give me my money back! They said they manufactured the sofa in good faith and I have to choose another one. So I ended up paying another ?300 for a more expensive sofa - a sofa which is delivered with its back unattached and they fix the two parts together in the house (so this more expensive sofa *will* fit through the door; funny that). Now I'm having words with a lawyer to see if I can get the difference knocked off my new sofa. So anyway, my point is... if there is any - any - option you can take which allows you to NOT pay until the sofa is safely in your home then take it. I'm not taking about credit either - the contracts are also legally binding. See if you can work out a debit arrangement, where the money is taken out of your bank ONLY after the sofa has been delivered. If they don't do that, find a place that does.

- If your sofa is more or less modern, or casual looking, then you can go with a very trendy color scheme, like chocolate brown (sofa), muted pale blue (for example window treatments, like nice heavy velvet or sherry organza or silk), earthy taupe (walls: important taupe should be much lighter then your sofa's color!). Furniture could be dark brown and simple (espresso), or light colored like maple (but than it should be very stream-lined) or even lacquered white and chunky. You can get a lot of inspiration for this color scheme at west elm's web-site. You can replace pale blue with apple-green, it's much more punchy and casual. For the accents, you can bring Burnt Orange to both color schemes and add some organic elements like woolen rug (flokati) or some art work made out of wood, ceramic or glass!

- Choose a lighter green, perhaps a 'sea green' that has lots of 'white' in it ... or choose a pale yellow color. I like the hunter green carpet and the 'sea green' walls, though ... but if you do use the 'same' color, just lighter, then you'll need to choose a good 'contrasting' color to 'brighten up' the whole room ... a nice 'medium red' would work, or a 'pattern' with pink and burgundy would also be good.

- It's not an IKEA sofa (though they have some slightly similar). It is just as likely a digital mockup of a non-existent sofa or a one-off made for a designer shoot out of cardboard and plastic. You could probably find something similar at the ultra-modern furnishings sites, but this sort of furniture is often just an invention for a photo shoot -- I have friends who work in advertising and in design staging and what they use is often just a rented prop from a studio supply house.
