- Q: where can i find the xxx video of bob crane?
- Bob Crane Tapes
- Q: ok so i have to us my phone so just give me instructions no links no youtube videos cause my phone cant support them and my phone may not be able to load some of the links
- You are asking for a lot but I have seen you request this a number of times, so I will do it...a sucker born. 1. Valley fold the paper in half so it makes a triangle. With the long side held away from you, valley fold the triangle in half again. 2. Lift the top triangle and valley fold it so that its top point meets its bottom point. Unfold the crease you have just made. Put your fingers inside the top triangle, open it up, and flatten it so it forms a square. Turn the paper over and fold and flatten the remaining triangle in the same way. 3. Make sure that the open ends of the paper are pointing down. Valley fold the top layer of both sides in to meet the centre crease. You will now have a kite shape. 4. Valley fold the top point of the kite down and crease well. Unfold the crease you have just made. 5. Open the sides of the kite by unfolding the flaps you made in Step 3. Lift the top layer of the kite's bottom point up so the paper bends at the crease you made in Step 4. Push the outside edges of the paper in to meet the centre line. Then flatten the figure so that you have a long diamond shape. 6. Turn the figure over and fold a kite shape on the remaining side as in Step 3. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 on this side. You will now have a two-sided long diamond. The bottom half of the diamond is split in two. 7. Valley fold the top layer of both bottom edges in to meet in the middle. Turn the figure over and repeat on the other side. 8. To make the crane's neck and tail, valley fold each half of the bottom section out to the sides. Crease well. 9. Unfold the right crease you just made and make an inside reverse fold. Repeat this step on the left side. 10.To form the head, fold down the end of the neck. Unfold this crease and inside reverse fold the head. 11.Hold one of the crane's wings in each hand. Blow hard into the opening on the underside of the figure and gently separate your hands. You crane will puff up and be ready to hang.
- Q: I have to create a crane to support a dead load for my Engineering Technology class. It can be made out of only 1/8 inch balsa wood and wood glue, and is going to be graded by the ration of weight held to structure weight.Could anybody give me some suggestions as to how to go about designing this thing? I already know most of the basics, but if anybody could give me some specific tips, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
- Not enough information because a crane can be many shapes and have various forms of anchoring or counterbalancing the load. If you are not allowed to anchor to a base and can't use weight to counter the load (if all balsa) then you have to create legs and lift the load between them - Basically the design will need to be triangles in truss to take the compression and prevent twisting and a long upper piece in tension to act like the cable you don't have. I would make two legs that are each 3 sided trusses that meet at the top and have a single rod across the bottom to keep them from spreading. Then I would make a longish beam with flat triangles for stiffness and use a few uprights to position the tension rod. Hang the weight on one end and push down on the other so it pivots on the short legs.
- Q: What is W_safe, the largest weight of the load that is safe to lift regardless of the angle of the crane's arm?
- I think the answer you're looking for is (Wc)/(2a). ...Assuming you're in my physics class!
- Q: I know that an ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury. This summation, or something like it comes up in every search I do for the legend. Is there a full story that goes with the original legend? If so I would very much like to read it. Wikipedia doesn't have it. Also, while Sadako's story is very touching, it is not the one I'm looking for.
- Well, I read that cranes are symbolic because they are thought as legendary creatures who can live to 1000 years. They apparently have a lot of faith, for they mate only once in that time, and patience. So, that's why it's said that if one can fold 1,000 cranes, 1 crane for 1 year a crane lives, then they will be granted a wish, because they have shown great perseverance and faith in order to stay till the end to fold a thousand cranes. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I saw this online while searching up the symbolism of origami cranes. And I know that I am late by 6 years.
- Q: If anyone can find me a decent video of a Fujian White Crane Kung Fu simple hand block then I will be very grateful! I know sort of how to do it but I would like to get it spot on.Thanks
- Not sure if there is a video but if you check out Analysis of Shaolin Chin Na by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming you might find something.
- Q: Please help me. I have to write and essay about it and i cant find it on the web!! no anywhere i can get it from ONLINE?!?!?! any particular search engines?

- Q: Cranes are normally used in construction in most countries. But I saw some photos that show Iranians are hanging criminals in pubic with cranes instead of gallows. Is it more painful to the dying criminals to the last moment?Do you know why?
- they probably didn't have the proper arrangements to carry out the punishment so they used cranes instead of gallows. who knows? but weird really. and it wouldn't be more painful... err... the purpose is to snap the neck... ouch :(
- Q: do they start with the crane house and keep adding sections underneath it? Or do they build they tower and then somehow top it with the actual crane?
- I'm sorry, but there is no way that a crane can lift another section of itself up in the manner described by the first person (lift another 20-foot mast section into the gap opened by the climbing frame). Can you lift yourself off the ground by pulling up on your own collar? I was told that the crane is jacked up from the bottom, and they slide another section below the jacked up crane. Then they lower and bolt the crane to the new section that was inserted under the bottom.
- Q: I have preliminary data: up to 2 tons of weight; work range of 40 meters; lifting torque 800KNm; lifting height 45m.. I encountered problems in the design, and some of its specific reference, I would like to ask here, for example, how much is the weight of its whole machine, how much is the balance weight, the balance of the radius of gyration? Super boom weight? (it's better to have the approximate weight of each component). And when I design this tower crane, is it necessary to use planetary gear for the gear reducer? Thanks to your advice, Liu is here to thank you
- You're welcomeDesign units are different. Our factory is Langfang Design Institute drawings. May refer to the following.Arms 55 meters long.
