Hey, I guess it due to heavy weight or when you were exercising you didn't warm up at the beginning. This pain might be due to a sprain in your thigh muscles because originally a leg press exercise focuses and puts most of the weight pressure on your thigh muscles. I advise you to skip using it for a day and make sure you run on a treadmill min. 5 minutes before starting other exercises. (And If you wanna do the leg press, just decrease the weight and exercise slowly, don't go to fast.)

You need to be employed by the press. If you are a freelance then maybe a paper that can use your work will give you a letter of introduction to the event organisors that you will need to be given a press pass.

improve the bench press? wouldn't hurt./ also, if you're not already doing it ,squeeze the bar very tightly and you'll notice that all the contracting muscles will amp up also. And visualize that you are pushing yourself away from the bar instead of pushing the bar away. concentrating on tension in the body is more important that concentration on the weight lifted. /good technique is strength.go to some powerlifting website for advice. good luck
Q: I have a pampered chef cookie press that does not cut the shaped dough after I pull the trigger twice. Why does the dough stay stuck at the end instead of popping out and what can I do?
LOL. Using a cookie press is a two-handed operation. I grew up on, and still use, a manual cookie press. You probably need that third trigger shot. The dough needs to make contact with the cookie sheet. You sort of feel it with the hand opposite of your cookie press hand. Temperature also plays in the equation. If the dough is too cold, it will not stick on the cookie sheet. Good luckl.

When you do the same workout over and over your body gets used to it and stops responding. keep your body guessing. u shouldn't pre-exhaust your muscles when trying to increase your bench press. Pre-exhausting your muscles can be a great training method but it's not applicable when you are trying to up your max. For example, you cannot train triceps before chest. If you do, your bench will go nowhere fast since the bench involves the use of the tri's. If they're already tired how are they going to help you bench press? you can't believe supplement ads. almost every major bodybuilding magazine is owned by a supplement manufacturer. This makes it almost impossible to find reliable information about what really works. Supplements are good for two things, insurance and covenience. If you don't get enough food they act as insurance, and if you live a hectic lifestyle they can be convenient. Supplements aren't necessary to succeed. your lifestyle habits will affect your training. dont go on a strict diet, but if you think poor nutrition, partying, and sleep deprivation won't affect your performance in the gym your greatly mistaken.
Q: im making the casing for my skirt and the sewing instructions say to press under 5/8 on unnotched edge and then trim to 1/4. so if i mark 5/8 am i supposed to fold up to that line and press or use the line as my fold if you know what im saying. (Btw this is Simplicity or SewSimple 1970 A)
Oh okorder /.. I keep manila file folders and 3x5 cards with common turn under amounts (1/4, 3/8, 1, 1.25) all drawn nicely on them with indelible pencil. Then I've got them handy for pressing templates. If you're doing a long, straight waistband, a pressing template about a foot long really hurries the process along.

My team used a very easy press break. It's a bit hard to explain, but when it comes together, it works like a dream. - First, you have two players on either side of the court, waiting for the inbound. - Once inbounded, the Passer, steps into the center of the court. - They pass amongst themselves till they find an opening in the press. - Meanwhile, there are two other people standing at about midcourt, on both sides. - The person at midcourt standing opposite the side the ball is on will run to the middle of the floor looking for possible passes. - If the ball is passed to them, he/she can either bring the ball up more or turn, and pass to the opposite side. Press is broken. Sorry, it's very hard to explain. Down below, I made you a picture to illustrate what I mean. X's are your team. Q: I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
drill press belts stretch over time, especially if the bit has been binding. you could just replace the belt. if your particular press allows you to adjust belt tension, usually by moving the motor away from the fixed wheel, try that. you should be able to use that forstner bit, just speed up the press, and drill slowly. Hope that helps.
