- technically the airline mode too is not very effective and if u ask a capt he'd just ask u to keep if off. but yes, since the mobile co. has given us this options u can use ur mobile phone during flight to listen to music u must keep it switched off during take off and landing coz the waves affect the transmission of data and messages from the cockpit to the control tower. fly safe take an iPod with u if possible

- It's a good phone, I have it myself. You can put episodes of your favorite tv show on it, and watch it. You can put Twitter on it. It has a Opera Browser (free Internet) its really good for texting good quality pictures Instant messaging I would definitly recemend this phone!

- If you have Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, you need to have some means of connecting the phone to the computer. You have three choices - Infrared, Cable and Bluetooth. Also, you need to have your phone enabled to allow data transfer. If you have Cingular service, this is enabled already, if Verizon, then you will have to get the data transfer unlocked. Once data transfer is unlocked, the Phone Tools program will walk you through the setup for the phone. If you can't figure this out, then you need to study the help file for the program and learn how to use it. I would normally be happy to tell you how to use it, but not knowing your computer and your phone, I can't. - Q: I had shortlisted the Sony Ericsson T700 and G502 as the choices for my first mobile phone. I am pretty convenient at using mobile phones (as all my relatives have one) so using them is not a problem. My first pref is the T700 but as it is costlier and mostly has the same features as the cheaper G502 (except camera mp, menu layout and more RSS functions), I am thinking of going for the G502. However, I have read that the G502's build quality is poor and it hangs and restarts and similar sort of things. Also some people say that the colour starts coming off after a few months. Is that a cause for worry?I know that firmware needs to be updated regularly so, if I maintain it well, are there chances of problems creeping up? I would also like to know from G502 users if they liked it or if they had some specific problems with it? In the end, should I wait for the T700's price to drop or should I go for the G502?Thanx for reading.
- I've had one for about a couple of months now and had no problems with it. I was just after a low cost phone that would allow me to check emails, get weather reports, connect to messenger, etc. The screen is a little small but I can read my mail using Google's excellent mobile mail app. I haven't tried to write an email with it yet. Build quality is good and I haven't had any problems with it hanging, although a couple of websites that I was viewing with the built in browser have caused it to restart. Can't comment on the paint coming off yet. I think the screen would be easily scratched so I try to avoid putting it in the same pocket as keys, coins, etc. and I'm looking for some sort of cover to protect it. Overall, it does the job for me and I've been pleased with it in the first couple of months I've had it. Best regards,
- Q: I picked out this phone on the T-Mobile website, and it won't let me check out. I think it will only let me check out if I choose a monthly rate plan, but I don't need one. Is there any way I can just buy the phone off the website, or do I need to buy a plan for it? I don't need a plan, so do I need to go to a local T-Mobile store, and buy one there? - If you go on the T-Mobile site, you will not be able to purchase a phone out right without a plan. If you go into a store, I don't think you would be able to either. You could always try going on to OKorder or into your local WalMart WalMart has a nice selection of T-Mobile phones that you can buy outright with out a contract.

- No, you can only use Virgin Mobile phones on Virgin Mobile. I've tried to put other phones on it but they never let me. I hate their phones too. Maybe you should just go with a pre paid with another provider, like T-Mobile flex pay. It's pretty much pre paid, but you have to pay full retail price for the phone, but it's worth it. :) Or ATT Go Phone. I don't know how that works really since I went with the Flex Pay, but either way you'd be getting a much better phone. :)

- hi,you can try your new sim card,sometimes a phone will be unlocked then it will work.if you want to use another sim and your phone is locked,you must get it unlocked,go to google and put unlock (your phone make and model) and alsorts of links will come up its up to you which way to do it.
