Description of our Tower Crane
The tower crane is a combination of advanced technologies of the present day. The electric control system of the tower crane adopts the advanced “PLC + frequency converter” control mode of the present day, which has realized the stepless speed regulation and greatly improves the reliability, maneuverability and stability of the control system and the work efficiency of the tower crane.
The tower crane is equipped with all kinds of reliable safety devices, such as hoisting height limiter, slewing range limiter and multifunctional limiter to control the load moment, hoisting capacity and trolley traveling range. Its PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) unit can diagnose the cause of breakdowns. Its Safety Monitoring System (also known as Black Box) displays the data of working radiuses, heights, moments and weights.
The use of world-famous electric components such as OMRON, YASKAWA, Schneider (TE) and MEAN WELL greatly reduces the failure rate of the electric control system and improves the work efficiency of the users.
Besides, there are also electric safety devices like anemoscopes and obstacle lights and mechanical safety devices to prevent the breaking of trolley axles and wireropes.
Advantage of our tower crane
1, boom relief Angle is big, greatly widened the equipment capacity and scope of work.
2, suitable for the group of tower cross homework.
3, boom stability is good, combination amplitude range.
4, suitable for height have special requirements occasions construction.
5, lifting capacity big, effectively solve the high steel structure construction team crane big lifting capacity requirements.

- Q: I have a problem in discovering the breakdown in the tower crane control panel. If you can give me a procedure to follow the problem in the control panel.
- Generally tower cranes have their electrical panels at the ground floor. Troubleshooting in the tower crane is not different to any other electrical system. First check the power circuit healthiness--switches,fuses,contactors and then go for control circuit. The cranes have few additional interlocks for excessive forward movement, extra long travel etc. Just go through the drawing and u will get the problem solved
- Q: What kind of tower cranes are available? How about the scope of all kinds of tower cranes?
- Tower crane is divided into fixed tower crane, mobile tower crane, jack up tower craneThe mobile tower crane is divided into track type, tire type and automobile typeThe jack up tower crane is divided into two parts: internal climbing type and attached typeUsage: loading and unloading concrete by hanging tank for general construction and installation
- Q: some people call it a crane, others say claw but the point is...where can i get one? i dont want a huge one, and i dont want a small one. A medium size one. the shops have to get them from somewhere right? oh, and i'd rather not get one from Ebay. is there a business or something? thank you!

- Q: What is the difference between a tower crane QTZ31.5 and a QTZ40?
- Lifting moment, arm length, elevation is not the same ah! Specifically, the maximum lifting weight of QTZ315 is 3 tons, the length of the arm is from 38-42 meters, the elevation is 27-28 meters; the maximum QTZ40 is 4 tons; the length of the arm is 42-48 meters; the elevation is 29-32 meters.
- Q: From what I'm understanding in the first stanza, a women lost her lover to the war because he fell off his horse...Is that right?
- Yes, Stephen Crane talks about lost love and sacrifices in his poem. The basic casualty of war. A lover, a father and son are lost in his story and those that are left behind he tries to console. The poem is noted for the ironic use of war is kind. We all know that War is really not kind. The poem’s speaker, simultaneously sympathetic with the victims of war and cynical about the purposes of war, implicitly criticizes the image of the romantic hero, showing in graphic scenes the realities of battlefield death and the emotional torment it causes for those left behind.
- Q: determine the maximum load the crane can support in kg if the bending moment on the beam is not to exceed 5000 Nm and the shear force is not to exceed 3KN when the crane is positioned at mid span
- figure shear first Let F be the max. crane load. for a simply supported symmetric load, the reactions at each end support will be half the total load. The reaction loads will also equal the shear load. 3000 N = (F + 150(9.8))/2 F = 4530 N The maximum bending moment will be the shear force times the moment arm of half the joist length 5000 Nm = [(F + 150(9.8))/2] N (2.0 m) 5000 = F + 150(9.8) F = 3530 N The bending moment max load is 1000 N less than the Shear max load so bending is the limiting factor The maximum load allowed is F = 3530 N 3530 / 9.8 = 360 kg As a form of exchange, please remember to vote a Best Answer from your results.
- Q: They;re ENORMOUS!!! Do they take them apart or something?
- They are broken down into smaller unit pieces and are transported by truck or rail.
- Q: Could anyone tell me how they erect a construction crane. Some how they just are suddenly THERE, as If by magic. It seems as though the Boom part of the crane must be kind of JACKED up into place. That is the only way I can see them getting those GIANT concrete blocks into the back end of the boom. It doesn't seem possible otherwise. The only other thing I can thing of is the bulk of the pieces are brought in by helicoper and attached.Everything kind of makes sence except the Giant concrete blocks used as a counter weight. ALSO, if the blocks are needed to act as counterweigth to the CRANE itself..why doesn't the Crane fall over when it picks stuff up???
- How do they erect the construction cranes? Not very well according to the news of them toppling down of late. Seriously, the cranes are lifted upward one or two floors at a time as the building progresses upward - this is usually accomplished by pulling them up into place with heavy cables and powered winches.
- Q: we have a project starting that will require a stack built 1km high in the air?How will they install this?
- Build form the top, when they build these huge cranes, they build the top section, lift that up and build the next section underneath it, set it down to release the lift off the top section and lower it to the second section. Lift those 2 sections from the bottom, build the third section underneath it, and so on. You need to lift securely, like on all 4 sides for stability, and that leaves the corners free to build the next section.
- Q: The machine weight is 17500 KgEach crane capacity is 12500 KgThe lenght of beam is 4.5m and square cross section areaMaterial of beam is ASTM A 615 Gr60Machin connect to beam in 3 pointWhat is the beam cross section area dimension?
- You left out crucial information and working it out with risky assumptions takes too much work. Whatever this was supposed to mean Machin connect to beam in 3 point What is missing is whether the cranes connect to the end and the entire weight of the machine is in the middle - or is the machine attached at 3 distributed points. In addition, there has to be some condition - looking at the ASTM spec will give strength, but you have specified whether the beam is to be just at failure or 50% safety factor, etc.
