That's a kool old rolling chair . . probably used for someone who worked at a table most of the time, or like a doctor's or dentist chair . .that the doctor sat in as it swiveled and reclined as well and rolled. . . .in any event . . unless you come up with an answer as to exactly what it's use was . . I'd say $150 for any old utility piece of furniture in nice condition. You could probably do better if you were to sell it as a modern or industrialist piece. Have you looked around underneath for any labels or markings?

Q:So, if I put I chair on a table, and asked you to prove that chair doesn't exist or is not there, how would you do that? Or say, there is a chair on the table in front of you, prove it isn't there.

I can always use my abstraction function or thinking process by removing the qualities of a chair(i see chesterfield instead), or use universalization function by identifying the chair through commonality( made of wood, made with four legs etc), with a table, so i'd say the chair doesn't exist,but a table exists infront of me instead. It is all about using your thought process.

Q:I was thinking of how I might make affordable wedding chair covers for my wedding, but I have found that polyester is very expensive by the yard. I was thinking of making them with cotton and then making the same cover in tulle to fit over the cotton. That would make it to layers of material over the chair. Does that sound totally ridiculous?

I think you're underestimating the intensity and stress of a project like this. If you really want chair covers, I'd say buy/rent them and keep your sanity.

Q:Whish is most real the chair you are sitting on, the molecules that make up the chair, or the sensations and images you have of the chair as you are sitting on it?

To me, the chair. If I'm sitting on it and it is serving its purpose, I do not think of the images of the chair as I am sitting on it. I also do not think of the molecules that make it up as I cannot control them nor do I have any need to. And real is all a frame of mind, after all.

Q:i really want a bubble chair for my room..i dont want to spend alot of money on it though!

the price varies, it could be $400, it could even be over $1,000 do you want a hanging one, or one on the floor i want a lime green, hanging bubble chair, with built in cushions, that i could rock in, hopefully it doesnt fall, too expensive for me, maybe i'll ask for it for christmas, o gosh, i hope it fits

Q:I fell in love with a dining set I saw on Macy's website but it's a bit out of my reach. It has four different colored parson chairs: beige, deep orange, burnt and moss with a round glass table. I have been searching online to find these colors but I can't. It would be great if I could find these colors in parson chairs and then I could go look for a glass table anywhere else. Any advice would be appreciated.

Number choices 2 and 4 should not be used because hygienically they are not easy to clean because of the texture. If choice number 3 was a decent width and heavier legs to accomidate all body types/sizes then I would go with that one just because personally I like the look of it and it would probably be comfortable. Repairs would not be easy...would have to be reupholstered. Number choice 1 is smooth (great for cleaning), seems to have a wide enough seat to accomidate most, looks sturdy enough and probably would stack for extra storage convenience. This one could be repaired easily/less expensive. This chair looks great (style), but does not have the comfort of number choice 3. Your choices will depend on the type of restaurant it is being placed in. None of these might be appropriate. They are varied quite a bit for choices.

Q:I used to have a computer chair (wal-mart brand) that I used for so long that the cushioning started migrating away from my butt and legs to where it felt like I was sitting on a piece of wood.I bought a new one and I tried every single chair the store had (Office Depot) and this one feels awesome. It was one of their most expensive ones so I want to make sure it lasts and the cushion doesn't migrate away from my butt again.

If the chair was one of their most expensive ones, then hopefully the chair will hold up just fine, butt again I could be wrong. Make sure your weight is evenly distrubuted in the chair don't sit on the edge of it.

Q:Ok, Is the seat you're in now need a new cushion? Well, mine does. Can you order replacement cushions only? A lot of people I know just throw their whole chair away and buy new....what a waste.

my badonkadonk hurts right now! I am sitting in a wingback chair that was bought as part of our living room set...and not a wise choice...my sister picked the place and the couch and I picked this chair because I liked the way it looked ...now my habonkus is paying the price for cheap furniture... live and learn... I do want to buy a computer chair but there isn't enough room in here... you can buy custom cut pieces of foam from some furniture repair shops and I have seen amatuers do a decent job recovering a chair seat...worth a try...
