I have 3 phones with Virgin Mobile (me, husband, daughter) and they usually arrive via FedEx within 4 days, the delivery guy takes it right to your door. We've been with Virgin Mobile for 2 years now and it's a great company to go through, we haven't had any issues with them, I've only had to call customer service twice and they handled everything quickly and professionally their customer service isn't located in India, either!

Q:A mobile phone company sent me a bill of a contract phone without discussing that contract with me or even discussing the price plan with me and wreorst of all not even sendind me a phone.I refused to pay the bill after contacting them.They explained they ASSUMED i will like it because they had contacted me on phone to discuss the contract and unfortunately i was busy and promised to contact them and i did not.I think that it is the customer who should decide on a price plan or whether he/she wants the contract.My problem is that i have been taken to a debt collector and i was threatened by them to idea pay it or have a bad credit history.I paid immediately and yet still they went ahead and took the decision to give me a bad credit rating.What should i do?

speak to a solicitor you may want to take this further as they had no right to do so and you deserve to get your money back

Yahoo does not have the mobile system 100% functional. They are working on it. You will have to wait. Many users are reporting that they can not ask or answer from their mobile phone.

if there is no signal then no it won't work. If it's just out of credit then it will work on the emergency number

I usually don't call that much, but I send a very large amount of texts. I want something that is very durable because I do tend to drop all my phones. I was considering the Samsung Intercept, the Blackberry Curve, and the LG Rumor touch.IF you could help me decide if Virgin mobile is worth the money and if the phones are good thatd be great. This one is easy. Intercept! It's the most expensive of the three, but it is the only Android phone. The Rumor is crap, and the Curve, in my opinion, sucks compared to an Android phone. If you want a cheaper contract service, go with Sprint (who owns Virgin's towers). You'll pay about the same as going with Virgin (70/mth with 450 minutes, Unlimited Txt, Unlimited Web, Unlimited Sprint TV) and you'll not have to worry if you forget to put money on your phone.because if you forget with Virgin, your phone will cut off. Also, phone wise, the Intercept will run you as low as 20.00 while with Virgin, it'll be more like 250.

Q:I am getting a plan with boost mobile soon. I was looking for boost mobile phones on OKorder but I couldn't find one that I like. So I wanted to ask: Which phone should I get?*I like to text*I want something cute*I don't want it to be to old.So what do you recommend?

I have Boost Mobile and I purchased the Motorola i335 and am very unhappy with it. It's terrible for text and has a short battery charge. The small display on my phone is very scratched already with just normal use. I tried to return the phone in the first week after I purchased it with no luck. I have the 50. Unlimited plan and added 10. for unlimited international text. No one else I've found offers unlimited international text. Boost has the best plan I've found but poor service quality and the Motorola i335 is not a good phone. I know this does'nt answer your question but may be helpful.

Q:I am using my mobile phone's GPRS connection to connect to the internet thru a USB cable connected to my laptop. However when I browse the web I don't get the speed indicated in the network icon and it seems like the data received sent is intermittent.

All GPRS connections are not equal. For instance, T-Mobile is pretty much 56k (in my area). But, Verizon is about the speed of DSL. There maybe some configuration options in the properties of your network neighborhood for this connection. Look for performance or power save. Many of those cards come with optimal powersave which can affect performance.
