FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.

Q:any input would be appreciated
A card reader is a cheap ($10) but useful device that helps you transfer images from your camera to your computer. Here's how it works: Your digital camera will store images on a removable memory card. To see your pics on your puter, remove the card, put it into the card reader, and plug the reader into the USB slot on your machine. The puter will see it as an external drive. Click on the drive and you'll see a list of all your image files. You can then view them, sort them, delete them or edit them. Your camera will also come with a USB cable which accomplishes the same thing, but usually more slowly. To use the cable you'll also have to leave the camera on, which uses up batteries. Card readers are available wherever cameras and memory cards are sold. Don't forget to get one that'll accept the type of card you have. A universal one is best, as you can change cameras without buying a new reader. Hope this helps. V
Q:I am thinking about buying a magnetic card reader and i was wondering if it can read School id's and then program it to bring up a certain website? info will help please
I've seen a regular card swipe reader that plugs into a USB port. You would have to open up Notepad or Word and then swipe the card, and you'll see the info on there. Only things I've swiped are Driver's License and a credit card, most of the info is easily seen but some is gibberish on the screen.
Q:i just got a card reader for the sd chip in my camera. whenever i put the usb in the usb port it doesn't read it as a device on the desktop(mac book)does anyone know how to access the card reader so i can upload someone of my pictures to my comp?
If you are using Windows on your MacBook, submit a new question and mention the version of Windows. For OS X, read on Put the card back in the camera. Open Image Capture. It should say No Image Capture device connected. Connect the camera and turn it on. That solves the question of how to download the pictures from the camera to your hard drive. How to make the card reader work is another matter. Could be either a defective reader, a defective USB cord (if it uses a cord), a current overload for the USB connection, or the slot in the reader is not correct. There are at least ten different slots possible on a card reader, although most have from four to seven slots. That means you don't have every slot possible.
Q:Are their different sizes of the memory card or the card reader?I want to buy a memory card for my mac and a mac compatible memory card reader, but I'm afraid that the card reader will only be able to read certain cards. Can anyone help me?
extra promoting, a more perfect promoting crew, straight forward layout, homogeneity. computing device is basically any workstation no longer a mac, and obviously they're going to run the gamut in high quality/value/layout. for this reason the certainly difficulty that Macs extremely have over each computing device is they could run Apple proprietary software. there is also a picture difficulty that i'm noticing with Macs. because of their branding and promoting Macs are referred to as cooler than their computing device counterpart specifically subcultures. i'm on account that the an invaluable variety of you position down 'virus free' as between the significant experts of a mac. That notwithstanding has to do with the Unix depending operating gadget run on the Mac particularly than the Mac itself. If computing device consumers are so susceptible, they could also get an epidemic free operating gadget in between the numerous Linux flavors.
Q:What is the reason why the charger is designed for folding?
Saving storage space, I was Shenzhen Liananda of charger manufacturers.
Q:I bought a Nikon CoolPix, and it comes with a UC-E6 USB Cable. Do I need to buy any memory card or memory card reader, then? Thanks!
you need to get a memory card if you want to take pictures data transfers faster through a memory card reader, but it is not needed.
Q:I lost the USB cable for my camera, and I have no idea what a memory card reader is, but i've read that it can upload your pictures onto your computer.I was wandering how the memory card works (i.e.: where it plugs in, etc.) and where I could possibly find one.
incredible SD and micro SD might desire to all artwork high quality (offering you have the mSD adapter). even if some card readers are a sprint fussy with SDHCs, i've got had a minimum of two situations while the pc basically did no longer understand an SDHC card, to my extensive inflammation.
Q:I just uploaded a lot of pictures to my camera, but only half are showing up. The rest are still on my memory card becasue i can view them on my camera, but they will not show up when i put the card into my computer. I shot all the pics in camera RAW, but only some are showing up. DOes anyone know how I can get teh rest on my computer?? also, now when i put the memory card in my computer, it's not reading it as in i can't open it, but i shot all the pics on the same setting at the same time. any help? thank-you!
You may want to try an external reader. They're available where ever cameras are sold for little $$. Windows will see a reader as a drive you simply copy / paste. I had that problem with my lap top. It just quit reading my cards. I was using external readers for a long time before I got my lap top but I decided to try it. It worked twice.
Q:I have an existing portable hard drive and i want to be able to offload photos to it on go without a computer.
No, the external drive is a USB slave device, not a USB master device. It has to attach to something that has a USB host controller, such as your computer. As pointed out above, there are stand alone devices with card readers for the purpose you describe, but they have a host controller built in so that they can read memory cards. They are also much more expensive than a standard external hard drive, although the units without a display are less expensive than the units that also have a large LCD to view your pictures.
