This process includes cutting the frames to length, routing for hinges and locks, reinforcement fitting .this is when the steel reinforcement is installed inside the extruded Upvc frame, fusion welding. This process involves the pre-cut frames with the reinforced steel already installed being placed into a special fusion welding jig, immense heat and pressure welds the corners together, corner cleaning. This process removes the excess welded material known as flash, assembly .rubber seals are added at this point then glazing and then final assembly before packaging. Installation

Eighty five percent of all window related problems spring from poor installation. Trained installation teams install the windows by firstly cleaning the window opening ,mounting the frames into the window apature,installing the hardware ,check horizontal alignment, drill precisely through the frame into the wall at the bottom of the window and insert fastenings to retain the window in the opening, check vertical alignment, secure the top of the frame with the same process, clean the frame and remove any dust, fill with sealant across all four sides, install glazing and test by opening and closing.

Q: Can YOUHOOS at Yahoos give me an idea where I can find a sheetof heavy clear/ or even transparent plastic to put over my window thatnot like this cheap garbage I used from Frost King at home depot.. The last stuff came from a roll and was heavy duty and I don't need a roll of it, I'm just drawing a blank here. And this boxed up stuff sold in cheap discount stores really is garbage 1 mil junk.. Oh, and yes, this is their outdoor stuff , not the shrink indoor kit.... The window is about 4 ft x 6 ft..... 1950 era.....(hence the need for plastic ). I've got a few smaller as well... Q: Do they get melted down with the paper particles or is there someone that removes the plastic parts? Just curious.: These bits of plastic get caught in the screens that filter the water out after the paper is pulped, since they are no good for making new paper. These filters take out all kinds of contamination that would be bad for the new paper. The sludge left on the screens is usually discarded in the landfill, but in some areas it's composted.

Q: I don't know what they mean by 'apply tape to bottom of protruding sill.' I have a sill, do they mean on the surface of it, or below the sill on the wall, or should i just put the tape around the window and apply the plastic, just not sure how to handle the sill...thanks...: it normally goes on the top, bottom and sides of the entire window. You can, however, put it on the molding also. As long as you get a nice tight seat to prevent cold air from leaking into house, you're good.

Q: for wranglar soft top windows: Plastic expands and contracts too much to have tint put on. It will wrinkle up. That goes for hard plastics (plexiglas type) also.

You can purchase this product at your local hardware store.

Q: i got mad and threw something a my widow and one panel broke so how do i reinforce that otherpanel: no, but plixeglass will do it.

Q: Ok i have a couple bonsai trees and some other assorted potted plants and i wanted to know if i put plastic sheets on the windows to keep the cold from affecting the plants if that would affect how much light the plants will get. And if it does affect it, by how much? Thx for any help i can get: No as long as you see the light going through this only affects pets the need to bask in the sun and get UVA/B rays from the sun for Vitamin D because plastic and glass filters out the rays not the light.
