(2). Weather report and geological for the location district
3. Production process:
(1). Confirm design plan.
(2). Building the mould to confirm the design is correct.

4. Packing choice:
(1). We can choose the steel structure to pack the products, its cost is a little higher, but the result is perfect, easy to transfer and load. This packing is designed for accurate production
(2).Bulk packing. This packing is designed for heavy steel structure, such as beam, pillar, its advantage is cost less and easy to operate.
5. Shipment choice
(1). Container transportation. We can load the steel structure in the container directly. This choice is available for small project, the total weight of steel is less than 3000 tons.
(2). Bulk cargo ship. If the total weight of steel structure is more than 3000 tons, we can choose bulk cargo shipment. This choice is cost less and save time.
6. Installation choice:
(1). We send our engineer to guide the overseas installation . This is available for the small project. We will send 3 to 4 engineer to guide the local workers to achieve the installation. Its advantage is saving installation charges for customer.
(2). We send our engineers and construction workers together to operate installation. This is better choice for big project. Cost is a little higher, especially for the air tickets, accommodation. However, it will save the time for customers.

- Q: what exactly do they teach you to get it?why do i have to get a license to deal with real estate?do they teach how to fix houses..how to expect prices of houses will behave or what?how long does it take to get it?what are the qualifications to get one?does it really help me if i dont have any past experience in real estate?i know alot of questions....thanks
- The only thing the real estate schools do is teach you how to pass your state real estate exam. Once you have accomplished this feat, it is up to you to educate yourself on other aspects of the real estate industry that you want to excel in. You should also make sure you have a copy of your state's continuing education requirements. This is required for you to continue to be a real estate agent in your state. Now the stuff you speak of in your question might or might not be apart of the continuing education requirements. These type subjects are for your on edification. Each state has it's own requirements so hit the Internet for your state and find out the requirements. You should be able to find out by going to a site such a California department of real estate or whatever state you are located in. If you just want to buy and sell your own real estate you do not need a real estate license. You only need a real estate license if you plan to sell other peoples house and work for a real estate brokerage firm. To pass the real estate exam you will be taught everything you need to know. You will not need any experience at all. I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck. 'FIGHT ON
- Q: My mom is a real estate broker and makes damn good money with what she does. I asked her how it works, she tells me but I don't understand and then she points out that it's for very smart people and that I don't need it anyways. I love my mom, but grrr! You know. Anyways, I want to learn the steps of getting into Real estate, I do know a lot from what my mom tells me but I don't understand if you need a huge amount of money to start? Do you have to take classes? Is there an easier way to try it out? Is it ok to buy say a 2 story lake side house kind of place and what would I get out of it? What's the deal with selling property? All these kinds of questions...Main question is, What are the steps to getting into Real Estate and are there any short cut ways of getting into it?Thanks!
- There really aren't any short cuts as you have to go to school to be a Realtor. But there are other ways of learning the real estate business besides selling real estate. You can be a lender, like me! You have to start at the bottom, because there is a lot to learn and since the market is so slow everywhere right now, it's a great time to get into it to learn! That way when the market does pick up you can earn some money right away! Check with your state to see what steps you have to take to be a Realtor. Also, see if you can't get a desk job in a local real estate office. It's always easier to get a job if you are hired from within. Go to school while you work is probably the fastest way to get it done. Good luck and God bless!

- Q: Im going to school to get a real estate license. I already got a job for keller williams in the LA area. i will start there as soon as i finish...here where i need help..people have been really putting me down and saying the economy is bad and nobody will buy right now. they say banks arent even lending money..? i have learned many tricks to get contacts, but i dont so much negativity around the idea of my career...i need some words of inspiration! i can feel it in my heart that this is were i want to be and i feel like i have finally found what i will be good at but is it the right time?? please words of wisdom.thank you!
- The real estate business is a one man show. You are the boss of your own company. Some REALTORS? don't do well and others do. It really depends on your personality, how hard you work, how well you network etc. If you need inspiration, this industry is not meant for you. This is a self motivating industry where it's no one's job to keep you hyped up and perky - you have to do it yourself. The market will always be unpredictable. What goes up must come down and vice versa. No one can accurately predict the market. There are always new REALTORS? that come in when the market is booming but most of them aren't around in such a stagnant market. It really depends if you have the finances to stay in the game long enough to turn over a few deals during the year to stay afloat. You have to calculate in your administration fees, franchise fees, board fees, errors and omissions insurance etc EVERY MONTH. If you can't cover those fees, then you're going to be drowning.
- Q: i need to real estate broker their training program, commission structure, oppotunities for floor time, and advantage and disadvantage.
- If you really want useful and genuine information about the real estate you should definitely join the purvankara for your research.
- Q: real estate board
- If the agents broker is a board member, then the agent is required to join also. However, if the agent is a real estate broker, there is no requirement for him/her to join the local board. realtor.sailor
- Q: I majoring in economics and I wanted to minor in real estate because that's ultimately what I want to end up doing, but my school doesn't offer the minor anymore, though I'm still allowed to take the classes. I know I don't need a BA degree but I want to have something to back me up and I feel as though I'd feel more accomplished. I don't have the time to take the classes right away to get my real estate license and work as one during school but I want to get as much experience as possible and learn the ropes. I contacted a few real estate agents in my area and all but one has returned my call and even they are not looking for an unlicensed assistant. I'm looking to move to southern California after graduation and would love to find out as much as possible about that market before I go out there. Does anyone know of any internship opportunities out there or in PA? Any advice would help, Thanks.
- Real estate brokers and agents would not use the term Internship to describe what you are offering. That is why they were not interested. There are 2 avenues that could work. YOu agree to work for no salary for one month. YOu go on appointments with a successful agent.... and in return, you do small jobs like putting up For Sale signs and removing lockboxes (with house keys inside) from sold houses. The 2nd month you could get a small salary because the agent now knows that you will work hard. Or you go to work as an assistant for $1,500 a month. You are a paid employee. You will answer calls and pass out flyers and go to meetings as well as put up signs. You will be more like a secretary but you will get paid for your work. Decide which one you want and call 100 agents. Or visit them as they hold Open Houses.
- Q: I'm just wondering a how a young solo can position himself in the real estate law.
- As a new law school graduate pursuing a real estate lawyer career, let’s say a client comes into your office regarding a real estate sale or purchase of a building. A number of things have already occurred behind the scenes without your involvement; usually, the buyer and the seller either know each other previously from working in the real estate business, or brokers have introduced the two parties. Further, in many cases the brokers have already drafted a “term sheet” reflecting the basic business terms of the deal. If the brokers have not drafted the term sheet you should do so because brokers will often not clearly draft the terms of the deal, and it will be easier for you to draft and negotiate the real estate contract if you have already drafted the term sheet..........Real Estate Agent Bendigo
- Q: What exactly does it mean to trade real estate as long as you're trading up in value ? How does the real estate generate income ? Anything else that you could possibly tell me about real estate would be the best, thanks:)
- When you trade up in real estate, you're not actually trading anything. You're selling a property and using the proceeds of the sale to buy a better, more expensive property. Real estate only truly generates income by being rented or leased out. You buy or own the property, and you charge someone rent to live there. If this income is greater than what it costs to own it (mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc.), this is called a positive cash flow and you're making money. You can kind of consider a property value going up over time as being income generated. But, this income is only on paper, and is not realized until you sell and take your profit.
