1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

5. What's the characteristics about porcelain tiles and glazed tiles? Which one
more slippery, more aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean?
Glazed tiles are colorful, the effect is rather diverse, stain-slip, abrasion resistance but worse than the porcelain tiles. Long-term use may wear a large surface; porcelain tiles have the higher degree, long hard wear surface.
- Q: I am remodeling a small bathroom only 39sq ft. I had someone come out and give me an estimate, he brought a sample of a job he did and tried to sell me on that design, which will NOT complement my existing fixtures, since my existing fixtures are fairly new, I decided to reuse those to save me money. Anyways, this sample he brought me used 16in tiles, since my bathroom is so small, I think huge tile will make it seem even smaller and claustrophobic, I was thinking 1in-4in tiles, but this guy insists that large tile will make the small bathroom seem larger, is there any truth to this? Also, what is a good price to pay, I want the tub replaced, the tile around the tub, replace the small window, flip the sink and toilet so that the sink sits where the toilet is at and the toilet where the sink is, maybe re-tile the floor. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
- Small tiles will make the room look larger. Your other plans are going to cost a bundle, especially switching the toilet and sink positions.
- Q: I need tips on how to install tiles around bathroom walls. I have the walls up and taped. Now what??? I leveled and drew a line under the window cell horizontal and vertical. 1) Do I start tiling from the tub up?2) How do I seal - or do I have to seal the tiles (Ceramic tiles 4x4)?3) What type of sealer should I use? Please give me a name that I can easily find @HD or loews.
- You should start from the tub up. so you have a nice finished edge where it meets the tub. You start from the center of the long wall so that the cuts on each end are the same. On the short walls you start from the outside so that once agin you have a clean factory edge. Normally you don't have to seal bathroom tiles they have a gloss finish, right? You do have to grout them however, the tiling department at Home Depot will have a few choices, in many colours. Pick one that matches your tiling job, and the paint colour. Read the grouting instructions a couple of times. Be careful when mixing grout, a little water at a time!

- Well, I'm assuming it's the floor tiles, not the wall tiles. And that there's no radiant heating system under the floor. The first thing you should check is if you have a broken hot water pipe under the slab. To do this, shut off all the water in the house and check your meter. Some have a small triangle shaped dial that turns as you use water. If it's turning, you have a fairly major problem and should address it promptly. If you don't have such a dial on your meter, record the numbers on the meter before you go to bed at night after using all the water for the day. Then in the morning, BEFORE using any water, record the numbers again. They should match exactly. If not, you have a leak and chances are, it's from the hot water line running under the slab in the bathroom. You can shut the hot water valve by the heater for a few hours and check if the warmth has cooled down. This will assure you that that is what the problem is.
- Q: I have an on going problem in my kitchen. Same time tile floor was done in our home but kitchen is the problem. It was done 3-4 years ago by a contractor, however he never showed up his face to help us. He left some grout with us and said if ever the grout pops up then we can mix it in the water and fill with this mixture. The grout from the kitchen floor always comes out. Underneath, the kitchen is wood floor. The kitchen is on the second floor. Our family room is also on the second level but no problem to that floor Please help.
- It's nice if you have a Dremel tool to use,but if your like me you have already spent more than you wanted to on the new product and didn't anticipate on spending any more getting the old ones out. I would spend the little bit it would cast to get a grout removal tool. Looks like a handel for a single edged razor blade but instead has a very rough edge to it. Diamond or graphite I think. Or I would get a flooring chisel and use a mallet. I think you are wanting to save your old tiles or reuse them. You might not see a small flooring chisel but they do have small chisels in the same area. Get an inexpensive one if you go that way because after use it wouldn't be worth saving or sharpening. Just tap it ac cross using a mallet, or a hammer, or a high heeled shoe.(just kidding about the shoe) Good Luck
- Q: I have granite tiles I want to put on a kitchen countertop. I removed the laminate and underneath is about 1.5 thick of a particle board of some sort. The countertop is very sturdy and the board is in great shape. I know if this stuff get wet, you can have problems, but otherwise it seems to be very sturdy stuff. I know most people will say you need to put down a sheet of hardibacker, but I don‘t see the point. With a top grade thinset, these tiles will definitely adhere to the board extremely well. Grount lines will be extremely tiny and I‘m going to double seal everything with a really good sealer. I don‘t see anyway water is going to penetrate these tiles and thinset and get to the particle board. That‘s really the whole issue, right?
- I agree with you. You will always need to be aware that there is a possibility the tiles may come loose one day and need to be fixed. Tile adhesive on plywood or particle board may react differently than on backerboard. If budget is a problem, I would try it.
- Q: We have recently had our bathroom refitted, and tiled floor to ceiling with large ceramic tiles in a brick pattern. However now finished it is obvious that they are uneven. The tiler said it is the tiles. Is this likely or is it just a bodged job - he re-platerboarded the walls prior to tiling so they should be flat?
- From what I understand, I'd install either waterproof drywall or regular which you can then seal. You can shim the drywall out where the gap is with furring strips. This will give you a straight surface to put your tile on. This assumes the drywall butts into a corner. You can't put tile on an uneven surface as it just magnifies the unevenness. You might be able to put a molding on to cover the gap. That sounds the easiest and cheapest. Take a picture and show it to some one at a tile store or at a hardware store and they might be able to help.
- Q: Is there a site you know that would be helpful for this. I am going to be doingthe kitchen walls, no back splash from counter. Tile will start at counter go up to bottom of cabinets.I was thinking of using a regular tile then half way up putting a 6 inch strip of glass tile, they are smaller really add SPUNK! lol I need some pointers on doing it though. - With no offense to others who answer, nor to you, certainly WEB SITES may help,,, as well as one who answered concrete backer board. After installing thousands of sq. ft. of tile I have some thoughts. Not wondering at all about your design, which is totally up to each individual, you'll need to know the basics of hanging tile on a verticle surface. While realizing that a verticle surface defines Shear weight as it relates to tile, you'll certainly need spacers for grout lines, a decent rapid set mortar, etc. You don't state the size of the tiles? 4 inch? 6 inch? I also wonder what your counter surface is now, and the backsplash issue? The backer board offers a surface more likely to accept mortar in its texture, holding it better than drywall, and certainly offers more durability with regard to a kitchen,,,or bath, in its water resistance issues. Many small tile sections, IE: 1 inch/ 2 inch are usually mesh paper backed to help them stay in a predetermined place in spacing. The task is only different in that you're battling the natural laws of physics and gravity when you apply tile to a verticle surface. I offer this then leave you to ponder. NEVER extend yourself or any job, farther than can be managed without error, or having to lay a pile of bricks against a wall to hold up newly installed tile. Knowledge is usually something we acquire AFTER we NEED it, and Patience is truly a virtue in this case for a DIY. Steven Wolf (The Rev.)

- Q: We want to put the same sticky tile over the existing tile just stagger them. Will that be unstable or should we remove the old ones...which seems like work lol
