1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit? —— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
2. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port? —— Yes, of course. We have very good relationship with those big shipping company, such as COSCO, MSC, HPL etc. We have a very professional logistic team to arrange the shipping issue well.
3. Could we be your exclusive agent in our country? —— Possibly. For some countries we are hoping to find a proper partner in working market together. For sure we need to have a good talking for the details.

5. What is the MOQ for this tile? —— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.

- Q:How do you tile anyway? thank you
- Its much better too remove the old tile, tile requires a special backing board that the mortar adheres to, you would have to put it over the exisitng tile and it would bring your surfaces out another 1/2-1 or so. I would go to Home Depot or book store and buy a book on DIY tile. You will need to rent a wet saw to cut the tiles. You use mortar to adhere the tile, little plastic spacers in between the tile, then you finish off with grout. If you have never laid tile, I would try find a friend/family member who has, or get an estimate from a professional. It is a very labor intensive job, and you need to be meticulous. If anything is off you can get water problems cause cracking, mold, mildew, etc.
- Q:I have recently glued mosaic (mirrior finish) tiles onto a wall of mine, however I have noticed a few tiles, have almost sorta withered away at the back, it also almost looks as if the mirror backing scraped away, now giving more of a clear look. I would now want to remove some of the tiles out, Would it be advisable to use a chisel and hammer, to chip away the tile, or is there anything I can use to repair the tile.Much Appreciated

- Now why would you want to cover up a natural wood floor? You can lay the tiles on top of it. you would have to strip the floor first of any wax build up. use an adhesive made for tiles then grout in the gaps. Doors will need to be shaved on the bottom so you will have a quarter inch clearance. Any Lowe's, 84, or home Depot will have helpful instructions along with the materials needed.

- for the wall you could--if the existing tile surface is sound and free of cracks and mold. wash it very thoroughly first with TSP. if its the floor your talking about, i definitely wouldnt go over old tile--it should come out before the new goes on. ive seen too many times where a new tile floor begins to crack because it has an un-level substrate.

- if you have wood sub floor, and is at least one and half inch thick, i would leave lanolium down buy quarter inch ply wood. screw it to floor and get bucket of mastik and install ceramic tile....I've tried it and works great has been down for 5 years and no problems yet. it was in bathroom and kitchen
